Tristar never did a Marder III M, just the H. Dont know if one was in the works, since it would be easy to convert their Flakpanzer to a Marder, but no official boxing was ever on the shelves. However that being said, Tristar was always the superior product to DML, if a little less user friendly, so I'm looking forward to this one.

That's what I thought as well. Haven't seen an Ausf M from Tristar.

Can someone fill me in on what the physical difference is between the previous ADGZ-Daimler boxing and this new ADGZ-Steyr boxing? thanks

This never came out, right? Because kit 041 was the British Para + Welbike

It seems like they finally got the Tristar kit to market, even if they had to throw in a bit of their own work to finish it off. If you go on Scalehobbyist (or presumably any site that sells Hobbyboss), all the Hobbyboss Tristar reboxes have kit #80xxx while it seems the actual Hobbyboss kits start with 82xxx, 83xxx, ... so it looks like I'll be looking for it.

Given that Tristar's H had a full interior, as did their Flakpanzer 38(t) M kit.... Maybe this one will come along with those similar guts! But yes, the bar is mighty high for the Marder III M... The Dragon / cyberhobby kits are mighty good in lots of ways.

Seems to me the only difference is the Headlamps- I built the AMG version of the Steyr and it also had the hexagonal fixture as opposed to Daimler's spherical ones...
