@ Aaron: those were ugly a/c even when they raced in the USA before the war.

Yeah, the C.714 won't win any beauty contests, it doesn't even have that brutish purposful ugliness aircraft like the A-10 have, it's just kind of homely.
It is actually going together ok, as long as I take my time, and fit, sand, fit. I have discovered the large open area behind the pilot should be enclosed, so I slapped together a bit of a bulkhead, which was not easy since the fuselage was already assembled by that point. It won't win any accuracy contests but it will work, and the canopy is pretty thick anyway. I'll try to post some photos tonight.
Rafal, I keep going back to your photos of the Sherman, the tank is nice but I am completely blown away by your vegetation work, simply amazing how realistic it is.

@ Aaron - keep those C.714 pics coming
@ Rafal - the Dio is looking great, the figs will really make the kit a super project. Love the idea of adding the children, looking forward to seeing how it all goes together.
The Crew for the 7TP are ready The pics could be better though I just can't get the focus on the faces right. I'll try again after I throw this tripod out on the street
Keep up the great work team !!
Cheers
Paul

Paul, just a silly question, but are you diffusing your lights/flash?

Yes the lights have a cover on them...
The blinds / curtains are closed as the pictures were done at 4:00 pm.
Next time they'll be done at night ........
The tripod does wobble a little too

Wow! Beautiful work, Rafal. Simple, yet very effective and attractive scene. Great job!
Question for the campaign leader: Would a 1/35 model of the Zis-3 75mm gun be acceptable for this campiagn?
It was used by Polish forces, but is not an AFV as such.

It's high time to enter with a build. Although I thought I will join with the Spitfire life, as usually, has changed my decision. These are also my two most advanced builds on the workbench.
First entry is a 1:35 scale figure of the Polish infantryman with the AT rifle wz.35. This figure was done mainly in the last week and paintied during weekend.
The second entry is a 1:48scale Sopwith F.I in the markings of the "Kościuszko Squadron 1920" - American Volounteer Squadron during Polish-Bolshevic war.

Guys !
I`ve just looked through this campaing topic - I`m impressed and full of pride.
Models look very nice, although eeRJott got a kind of monopoly
Is there any chance to join the Campaing right now ? Have You got any deadlines ?
Can I appeard with already started model ?
All best

Jędrzej, see the campaign rules here: White Eagle
All you have to do do is to "enlist" and start your build in this thread.

I've been meaning to ask this question for a while ... I'm participating in the Sherman campaign and have decided to make a Mk. III from the Polish 4th armoured regiment called "Styr". Can someone tell me what "Styr" means in Polish?

Styr is a river in western Ukraine today. Untill 1939 it was the state territory of Poland.

Thank you, Michal. That was what I got from an online Polish-English dictionary, but I didn't trust it completely. Knowing the history, now it makes more sense why a crew might put it on their vehicle.
