Here is one of two projects I plan to build. Hobby Boss VK 601 and then Bronco’s Hotchkiss H-35. Decided to build two since both are pretty small and should be quick to build. I don’t read the news paper, so I just took a picture of the guide on my TV show my start time.

Tom: There's no question about it, we all do better the next time around. That's why so many of us have multiples of the same kit Just keep that away from the Red's, they'd love to land a round on that little trailer!
Chris: That's perfectly acceptable. Digital devices are becoming more common, and I use them myself for dating photos. Great choices btw! Just out of curiosity, what's up with the little Panzer with the crewman/mechanic on the engine deck?

I managed to make a start:
More pictures than actual work completed:
I am using an AM barrel & brake so no sanding ... lucky me, huh.
And I will be using the kits vinyl tracks ... thank gawd.
Time to turn in!

Well, if it's going to be "Show N Tell" on Marder III's, here's mine from back in '04 when I first returned to modeling.

Jeff: The Emil looks good so far, Will be watching closely as it is on my To Do List.
Martin: Very good choise, I finished mine during the Winter Warriors Campaign. One of the easiest build I have done. One advise thou, its better to use pictures for camouflage refference then the instructions.

The Marder 3 is one of my favorite kits. I'll show and tell once I take a picture of it

Here is what I plan on building for this campaign. I did some research and the German military sent captured French Renault UEs the Eastern Front.
Well...so far I have participated in all of the Blitzkrieg campaigns. I liked the first three...I am sure this one will be just as fun.
Thanks,
Randy

Well here is an update on my progress so far. Just about ready to start painting, finished the lower hull with road wheels glued in place. I have a few minor fit issues with a couple of parts, but nothing too serious that could not be fixed. The biggest let down of the whole kit are the tracks. Their, small, fiddly, and do not fit the drive sprocket at all. I’ve ordered a new replacement set from fruilmodel that show be here later this week. I’ve replaced a few tools and equipment with some left over parts from dragon. More to follow soon.
Cheers

Thanks for all the images of some very fine Marder III kits.
I didn't realise I had tapped into the Marder III admiration society!!!!
No pressure on me then, with those fine builds.
Still I will endeavour to do my best.

Wow, maybe we should have a Marder III campaign sometime in the future? You certainly stumbled onto something here Martin, one can never have too many Marder III's!
Jeff: That Emil is going to be a beauty when she's built up, I'm jealous of the metal barrel! A good call since it's pretty much the stand out feature on that SPG
Randy: Good to see you here, and nice choice! If I'm not mistaken, I believe that some of these chassis found their way into Chinese service as well?
Chris: You've got me considering a Luchs for this campaign. The friuls will be a lot nicer on your kit for sure!

Jeff S and Christopher: Nice starts guys!!
I am joining this campaign as well. The Pz IV will eventually end up as my "load" for the railroad campaign.
It is Dragons Pz.Kpfw. IV Ausf F2(G). I won't be able to start on it for a couple weeks.
And since we are all showing our Marder III's:
Axis of Armor Campaign
Happy Modeling, -zon

Hey look, it's Conor's Marder III
And an interior shot
Is it the best interior? Nope, but yanno, I try.
Actually, the Marder & Panzer next to it are all set for a Korsun Pocket dio I'm yet to get a start on...
I still gotta figure out what I'm gonna build for you all.

Hi Marder III lovers!
I really am begining to regret typing Marder III
Is there anyone in this campaign who hasn't built a Marder III?
Anyway, construction has begun with the hull (piccies to follow unless someone else wants to chip in with their pictures that is!)
Loving every moment of the campaign so far.
I dread to think what would have happened if I mentioned Tiger I !!!!!!!!

It IS my favorite Marder too and looking forward to seeing yours soon!
I need to get another one and paint it gray, my original intent on the first kit only because the boxart really convinced me to buy it. But, looking at all the references I changed my mind.
Enjoy! I still remember what a fun build it was.
