Christopher i have seen that program and i can tell ya one thing ..alot of places would be screwed pretty fast ..especially places with nuclear power stations,,we don't have any here ..everything here is hydro so even though they will break down sooner or later least they won't go boom can't complain about that and hell wind is one damn safe way to get power .
Ya never know the smell of tanning might drive zombies away cause i know it would drive me away
Oh i know why duct tape ain't used to much here cause the US made stuff costs nearly $40NZ a roll ..they love to rip us off here for things like that .

Phil, that's 32.80 USD....just a bit of an exaggeration? (I hope). Try Amazon? They have all kinds of odd things you wouldn't expect them to have. Granted, the duct tape crash barrier weighted something like 50kg and was four or five inches thick!

I don't have any nuclear power plants near-by either, there's one in LA and one in Oakland. A hundred miles and a rather large moutain rage between me and and possible fission. Unfortunately we don't get much wind either unless it's winter. Though I think if the apocalypse comes California's aqueducts will quickly dry up and most of the state will be uninhabitable (not that it is now!).

Nope mate ,, no exaggeration at all buddy ,, here in NZ if its from the US it costs a heap of coin ,,Snap On tools cost a fortune here yet in the states they don't cost that much and hell here's the kicker .. 92 Corvette stock ..try in the area of $20 grand or more ..the newer the worse it gets .
Your lucky you live near the mountains ,,that would help but it all depends on the wind ,still glad i aint anywhere near those things

Snap On costs a fortune here as well! (My father is a mechanic who only dreams of being able to use only Snap On (since Craftsman is terrible now))

I've got a good pile of Snap on .. my father is a master engineer and he told me many years ago "If ya buy tools, buy the best you can " lived with that motto for 39 years now,im 44 now and still live with that ..i don't only have Snap on but Stahlwille as well and some other much cheaper brands like Powerbult , Koken and Tufftol ,i use these for my on site tool box ..that way i won't go nuts if i loose any

I didnt think they cost that much over there ..they used to be pretty cheap to buy ..thats where i got some of mine from many years ago .

Snap-on tools has always had a reputation for being high priced in the States. Part of that cost came from how they use to sell them. They would have a Snap-On Tool Guy drive around in a truck and sell them to garages and car dealerships. The mark-up was pretty bad.

They have since added online sales and a quick look through their online catalog shows that they are still pretty high. I would also guess the truck sold items are even higher. I'd be curious just how much more the truck sales are compared to the online items.

Snap On's odd and ends are fairly priced from the trucks, but if you're looking for a whole set of tools?

All of my tools, plastic sheets, glue, sandpaper, knives, files, parts boxes and "WENDY" are sitting on my work bench just waiting to tear it up.

...ah yes, time and its eternal ticking.
From the inception of Life towards its ultimate ...
End of Days Campaign and its depiction of a constant few, reduced to tribal instincts, and their eternal quest to Live. The warm glow of Light for the living and a constant, guarded hunger to survive...
Versus the undead's mirrored quest enmasse towards a most common goal... OH - THE - IRONY.
Individuality has long been forgotten... or has it?

...so, uh, did I say I can hardly wait to start?

Back at Euromillitaire last month I picked this little bust up. It's from Model design construction.

Have started it and this is my still unfinished 1st pass....

Well the base kit for my 'News crew' vehicle has arrived today!!

The original was to use an M998 troop transport version, but the one I ordered on Ebay got lost. At the time
it was the only one I could find so I decided to order the M998 I.E.D Gun truck instead. Apart from anything else I discovered after I ordered it, it comes with 2 sniper rifles which I will find a 'use' for! I just need to get hold of some 1/35th baseball bats now!

Paul ,, Nicely done so far dude ,,the casting looks excellent so very nice work to who ever made it ,,your painting is bring it to life ,,so to speck
Dead Snow is about Nazi zombies who protect this mountain ,,apparently there's WW2 nazi gold stored there and these things can't be killed ,shooting them in the head don't do jack poop ,its not a bad move
It right along the lines with two movies called Outpost and Outpost 2 Black Sun ... these were both pretty good movies and No2 was excellent ,two more worth watching .

Hello Folks,

I could not wait until December - here the outcome of the diorama I was working on when the Campaign was announced.

It's in scale 1:32 showing a Revell Shelby GT500 (slightly converted) which was abandoned a long time ago. The driver can be found nearby on the ground - lying there for some time....
The looter (Stalker from Taurus Miniatures) with his low-tech vehicle has just got around the car's corner and found the remains of the driver .

I promise I will do another Diorama when the Campaign officially starts - There are enough ideas and inspirations in my shelf...

First the overview:

and Pictures from all 4 sides:

And the figure in a close-up:

End of days, but without zombies, I'm afraid...

cheers
Thomas
