@ Thomas: you have the feel and taste in your dio, love the GT, figure, low tech vehicle and that skeleton. Where did you obtain the skeleton or did you scratch it? You have given me many more ideas that I will need to steal from your thought flow

Hi Bob, Per,
thank you for your kind words.
Per, maybe you can find the other stalker figures here:
shop
Better to contact beforehand, database is not always up to date...
Bob, you can steal any idea - as they are already old and used, I do not lay claim to them. Just put them in another context - I will gladly steal them back
Cheers

Thomas mate thats a brilliant little dio ..the car looks like its been sitting for ages but in a nice cool climate, hence the lack of rust ..not like here
The figure looks prefect for the place he's at ,,looks like its cold on that day and by the gas mask ,,not good air ..its all tied together so well it looks natural .
Really can't wait to see what else you come up with dude

Phil, I just wanted to share this with all of you freaks . Back in END OF DAYS I campaign this was my theme music while building TINKER BELL, CAPTAIN HOOK, and starting WENDY. There are other tunes on this site that are really good also and have a story all their own.

Paul, Thomas, awesome stuff guys.
Now I'm thinking of a Metro theme. It's a game based on a on a obvious, nuclear waste-land in Russia. People who survived live in parts of the metro system and never leave due to mutants and bandits/raiders from other metro 'colonies'.

Hi Luca,
I think I get where your going with this. I had a similar idea of using a combine harvester but I thought you'd struggle with things like street lamps!

hi paul,
this was just an idea i was thnking about, so does that mean it would be allowed if it could drive on the road, even though its main use is like a ah6 little bird.

I just had a look back on the other bits of this campaign. You'd have to double check with Phill but I think you should be ok.

I am in on this one.... If I read the opening post correctly "anything goes except aircraft as the main model".. I am thinking of a semi flat deck powered barge for my entry....

Bob ,, Now thats a different take on a cowboy themed music ,, me when i am building i go one of two ways when comes to something to listen too .. metal or trance for music or i have something funny to watch like 8 out 10 cats or Mock the week ... both hugely funny and i got seasons of these shows so plenty to watch
Christopher.. Now that does sound interesting mate ,, well worth waiting for to see that
Luca ,,, Well mate choppers are allowed but only if they can't fly if your using that is your main model ,,you can use a chopper in the back ground or crashed or things like that ,but if its a converted helicopter with a car or truck chassis then thats fine .
Jerry .. A battle barge of sorts huh ? sounds very cool and make it huge!! big it good
Phill

Think MadMax, but with Russian accents, and mutants! Lots of improvised armor and weapons, very dark settings etc.

Christopher, I like their get up. The helmut with full face gas mask just in line with what I am thinking.
I moved back in May and am still living out of boxes and I still cannot find my circle template which I need to use when the campaign kicks off to make the drive, road, and idler wheels for my build

hi phil,
i was thinking of a small chopper like a little bird that has a mother truck, like m1070 from which it lands on the back and is transported until it is needed again. does that make sense???

Hey Luca ,,, damn man thats over kill .. a little bird could be carried by a large pick up truck
If memory serves me right they only weight a little over half a ton ....about 600 kgs .
But yeah thats fine mate ,,the M1070 is huge and will center an anything

Luca, nice idea. I have the Little Bird kit in the stash. Revell and Monogram both put out 1/32 scale tractor trailer rigs for a fraction of what a M1070 would cost. They are usually snap together kits but if you're going to dress them up and customize them it's an option. Myself, I'd be alot more comfortable cutting on a cheaper kit and adding on post-apocalyptic goodies than the expensive hauler.

hi everyone,
thanks for the comments. while i would love to have the m1070, money and time, space and sanity keep me from it. at the moment i have a gmc bofors and im going to draw around the chassis and make basic shape and then try to scratch build. im going to try and base the look around a m1070. i dont know if i will build the little bird style chopper in this EOD maybe in the next[ if there is one] i want to but school will play a big factor as to whether i have the time because i want to do it well.
thanks,
luca
