Hi
As to the second pic with the white crosses I don't know what to say . It is understandable that the germans used the vehicle
but what is the british sergeants great coat still doing there?
Surely if a german had been wearing it, the white crosses would not of had any use?
Or am I wrong?

Maybe they wore the british sergeants great coat while painting the crosses to avoid getting stains on their uniforms

The UC is very green looking but just for a change I used green as the primer.
It will be getting a coat of OD and dirt and dust
The crew (headless for the moment) will fit well. I may convert the kneeling driver figure that comes with the kit to a German if I can't find a suitable german Driver in my stash.

As the only thing that marks my entry as being "Unter falscher Flagge" are the 12SS crew - here they are. They are miniart figures with Hornet Heads

Well Pat whatever, if I had been there and was wearing a grey uniform and saw a bloke in a british greatcoat, I would've shot him. Those were confusing times, so better shoot first and ask later.

As to your figures, they look mighty fine and those Hornet heads look just ideal

Hi Steph, I haven't heard from you for a long time.
Are you well my friend?
Do not rush your project, there are a couple of other open ends in here still. I will pop the question to John for extra time tomorrow

O.k. Bob don't you panic either

As I don't want to keep the people waiting for there awards I will suggest the 15th of March.
Is that o.k. with everyone?

I'm in the same boat. Figured it ended at the end of the month (no, didn't look). Been spending what bit of time I have on my Ratte.

@Paul B.;

Panic? Who? Me? Perish the thought! I shan't begin to panic until I've procrastinated my way right up to the DL without yet finishing those details!

I think I'll be able to cut the stencils for those crosses and do that fix this weekend (yeah... I used those decals and fought them on over those molded-on features just like the instructions said to do... IF I had actually thought ahead, I would have shaved the plastic bumps off, applied the decals flat, and replaced and painted those bumps over those decals. Phooey.) and probably hit the tools, too. Easy-sneezy! Why should I worry and rush things

Hello Andras,
I'm going to have to ask John Pereira for his advice on your question.
You see I don't know when you built the kit, there are no in-progress photos in my thread and you say it was for WoT but you missed the campaign.
Did you enter the Kit in the WoT, and if so why not? You was definitely active there and well inside the campaign running time.
Heres the rules and regs, I suggest you check these out and take note as every campaign has different ones.

https://armorama.kitmaker.net/modules.php?op=modload&name=Campaigns&file=index&req=showcontent&id=637

This all might sound hard but I can't let it through unless the boss says it's within the ruling.

...

Well, the time stamp on the photos should show you when they were taken.

EDIT: you can ask James for the original photos as well, as I sent them to him when I submitted the review. Also can vouch for the time frame.

Here's an entire album about in-progress photos; I have forgotten about those.

And I ended up building two kits for that campaign, so this one was left out.

But if it's really that big of a deal, and I need more effort to prove myself than to establish my identity to my bank, then don't worry about it.

I have checked with the campaigns admin and they also say that it does not comply with the campaign rules:

qoute:
I've checked your answer, and the WoT thread,
he only has 1 photo, posted Saturday, November 23, 2013
WoT thread page 8.
No start photo or other in-progress shots.
None of these rules apply:

-2 photos into the Kitmaker Gallery, and a minimum of 5
in-progress photos onto the campaign thread. This is
for the learn effect for those not so experienced
builders.
-A photo of the unstarted kit and all after market
parts is a must.
-Kits must be unstarted.
(When he joined this one the kit was started for another Campaign) end qoute.

Sorry but that's how it is.

But it fits all the rules for this Campaign Unfinished Business

For all those unfinished, shelved kits that we never got to finish on time.

I just posted those.

Same there; don't have a photo of the unstarted trumpeter kit, that's the only issue.

-Kits must be unstarted.

...but it was started after this campaign started -ergo well in the time-frame of this campaign.

Sorry but that's how it is.

Paul

Seriously. As I said, fine (you are taking this a tad too seriously), but I would like to put the record straight. Only one of the objections (no photo of the Trumpeter kit, only the aftermarket stuff) is actually valid. The kit was started after the campaign started.

Anyhow. Be well and all.

This guy is going to go in the back of the carrier. He's from the Miniart 101st Airborne with Prisoners set and I added a Hornet head
Lots of clean up on this guy and I I can still see some seam lines on the legs and feet to clean up- the joys of digital photography

You are absolutely correct on the difficulty of an RPM Kit.
This one doesn't look like much, but it took multiple dry fits and a lot of surgery to get it to work, and even then some parts just did not fit.

Pat, your back seat passenger looks like he don't scare
easily, he's not the sort of person you want to meet in a dark alley.

Tom, fantastic job there, the tracks look real cool, nice and chunky
