Wow Vince! you are making fast progress looking good !
Well guys! some progress pictures at last! I have completely finished painting the trailer, and it was not easy to achieve the hard-edge camo on the trailer! decided to only airbrush the NATO green and paint the brown and black by hand. Masking all those surfaces with PE on them would not be a good idea
Turned out good right? At least Im happy about it.
ready for detail painting (lights etc) and weathering. Ill try to dust her up heavily.
Here are some shots:
(yeah thats right! I started with the M1070 as well, sneak preview )
The green on this pic is way to "froggish" (if you get it) I did not use my best camera for this . the first pic indicates the colors ay better
Thats it for now! More pictures of the paintjob can be found on my original update of the M1000 trailer
Like I said, I started with the M1070 truck! Made some big progress already (lots of extras) I will put that update here soon, have to write it first, but here's one sneek peek
All my previous updates are located here
Thanks for watching guys!

Looking good Boris!
I will be starting with the cab as I don't have the PE for the trailer yet.
Also I picked up a second trailer from a club mate so can start planing my MK48 build.
Cheers Rob.

Hi all, forum seems a bit quiet lately...i presume everyone is busy with work
Here's my progress on Revell's famo:
quite a smooth build, though I struggled a little with the tracks... and then after the glue has set I realised one side of the tracks are mounted backwards!!
Oh well... doesn't look that obvious at this scale... now working on the cab and flatbed portion...
Cheers!
Lawrence

Hi all,
Now I started M1070 HET Number 3.
I used PE parts - E.T. Detail set for Tractor, next accessories, CPK, wheels , Engine set, Interior set and stowages are from my production.
I now finished my second HET but for this Campaign I started another model.

I came up with a way to help me with all the PE both kit and AM, I went through the instructions and highlighted all the kit PE in yellow then went back and highlighted all the parts that get replaced or added to with the AM PE in red.
Now I can just build from the main instructions and I know when I have to refer to the AM instructions without having to keep going back and forth.
Cheers Rob.

Yeah that very smart Rob! I used three PE sets for my M1070 alone so know how confusing all those manuals can be Glad to tell I made no mistakes so far tho
Anyway I made progress as well!
As mentioned in my last update, I got started with the M1070 and made some big progress as of now. I do not have pics of the latest status but this update should contain enough pics for now.
The towing system with sharp detail:
Some more detail on the pressure bottles and storage system for underneath the cab:
A real ladder, way more detail then Hobbyboss's ladder:
Started with Miloslav's great engine!
A dryfit:
more stuff for a larger dryfit:
Hope you guys like it so far!
the full update with more pictures can be found in my original M1070 HET build log update
Great you joined Miloslav! I have great respect for you building your third M1070 already! great work!
Thanks for watching!

Little too quite here, what happened to everyones build? The FAUN is coming along slowly, as in I haven't worked on it for at least a week. Will post pictures of current progress (which isn't much), but planning on getting the air lines and hydraulics on the trailer in the coming days. Cheers.

Damon,
I have been following your build and the search for air and hydraulic line diagrams.
I have got caught up in some other campaigns that will end soon hope to be back soon.
I am having one issue, the PE for the Maz requires flutes in some parts and the instructions say to use a ballpoint pen which I am having no luck with. Does anyone know of another way?
Cheers Rob.

Sorry Guys my question might be slightly out of topic...
did you know something about date of release and price of
Hobby Boss T 19 Diamond tank transporter ? And what a difference is between M19 & T19 ?
I love this beast since my first 1:76 matchbox kit
Cheers
