Your dingo looks good, Steph!

Here's my "baby" after painting (sorry about the lint, I discovered it after uploading the pics )

I'll try to add a little touch of pastels, but not so much, as is a tiny model...

Thanks to you,Steph! It's a mix: working with the plastic bits, a little (or something more) tricky, the etched, tiny but enjoyable. And the decals, though I had my reservations (working with those from M3 APC was very difficult) this time all went nearly on a breeze!

Javier - Amazing detail for a model at such a small scale. Congratulations.

Wecome aboard with your Greyhound Tom.

Two very good finishes on the four wheelers- Dingo and AML 60.

What a great Campaign this is turning out to be.

There's the final version of my entry, unless you consider the weatering is overdone. After that, it only awaits a little vignette with Panhard's M3 APC, also in Spanish Marines colours. As said, the building had more pleasure than suffering. And thanks for your words, mates!

MS I'm love how the M551 is turning out, not bad for an old outdated kit.

Javier your AML-60 is a real gem and hard to believe it’s just 1/72 scale. You have inspired me to break out my AML-90 and build it.
I
t’s been awhile since I’ve done any work on this campaign and I know I started work on the T7 scout car, but I’m making slight changes. I have the Azimut Production AML-90 just sitting on the shelf and after seeing Javier’s build it made me want to break it out. Not a bad kit, both turret and hull are cast as a solid block of resin and the details are crisp. I’ve started some basic work on the turret today.

Some great builds here. That 1/72 Panhard looks great Javier: IMO you can never be too heavy on weathering for vehicles. Once in the field they can get very dirty very fast.

Lonewolf, love how that Sheridan is coming out

I really need to get started soon.....

Thanks John.... I will change my model. I need to stay one week more in bed and my wife purchase three kits for me as a gift (Stryker, M1 Abrams with dozer and Leclerc all in 1/72).
Latter I will post the pictures before starting....

Here is an update on my AML-90. The kit assembles very quickly, but there are a few quirks in the directions that required me to reference actual photos of the real deal in order to find the proper location of a few parts. The figure is from Blackdog as I’m planning to build a Lebanese version even though they currently use Eland-90’s which have a slightly different turret.

Lonewolf, outstanding work, it's clean and very simple. What figures did you use for the build?

Well I've finally finished construction and ready to slap some paint on it. The gear is a mixture of legends, blackdog, Tamiya, and trumpeter.

Thanks! The Figures are from Verlinden except the driver, he's scratch built, as are the boom mics. I was looking for cold war Sheridan in Europe not the run of the mill Vietnam Sheridan. Your AML-90 is coming along nicely.

Hi Lonewolf,

Nice to see the Sheridan with the tracks on. The paintwork on the figures is excellent.

Cheers

Here are my finished photos of the M8 Light Armored Car Greyhound.

I enjoyed this build greatly and am envious of all the talent listed before me and will show up in the days before the finish.

Update.

I went ahead and combined the upper and lower hulls.

Smoke grenade launchers. I dreaded this particular part of the assembly.

Upper hull.

Upper hull subassemblies. And mounted.

Turret optics.

At this point, assembly is basically done and the kit is awaiting an appointment with the airbrush.
