Hi Pat!
Sal - nice going!
Mario - looks like a lot of parts. Look forward to how you do it.
MS - Nice Sheridan scratch parts
As I'm used to Tamiya kits, I was shocked how everything in the Bronco kit is a separate piece. I soon learned to look ahead to see what will be visible in the end and what won't to save time and stress I'm enjoying the build I have to say so far.
Suspension and hull together. lots of small parts to go....

Well folks, here is the latest update on my Sheridan. I didn't like the thickness of the kit parts, so I redid the crow's nest. The bustle is brass and copper wire to get it right. Maybe this weekend I'll have it finished and ready for paint. Congrats to all others. There are some awesome builds going on here.
Again all comments welcome.

Great job Sal. The figures add that scale of size and with the weathering it shows just how small that vehicle was. Again Great job!!!

Hello there,
here´s a quick update after the second paint job.
Camouflage, I was inspirated by page 15 of "Warpaint Vol.3"
It´s made of army bandage, tea leaves, white glue and Tam.XF58
The dirt is real dirt from the garden that has benn ground up and sived:-
Still got some work to do yet, but I´ll have this finished
by the end of the week.
Hope you like it
Paul

Greg, Kevin and Steph thankyou guys.
Here´s step #2, the hessian cloth strips are made from the pocket of an old pair of jeans . This is cut into strips an dipped into Tam. XF49 and then left to dry. I trhen made small
cuts into the netting and added the hessian cloth into these cuts and fixed it in place with white (PVA)glue :-
Not much further now.

From Wiki: "he SPA-Viberti AS.42 Sahariana was an Italian reconnaissance car of World War II." So yes, it qualifies.
And with a nice big gun too! Nice choice
