Addressing the Radiator and Grill
The bottom of the AFV Club Radiator (Part #B38) needs to be trimmed to fit your modified Fenders. This is a process of fit-sand-fit until you have it just right. Addressing the Grill, you will remove the angled-back side extensions and reattach them to match the flat profile of the M54 Cab nose. Making the Grill the proper width, calls for tack-glueing it to the Radiator part. Then, you remove equal amounts of the vertical bars, shortening the Grill so that it is the same width as the Radiator/Headlight part. Take your time and trim off a little off at a time until you acheive the desired dimensions.
