Have wanted to do a modern SAS Land Rover, but think Accurate armors is to expensive, so a injection molded kit would be welcome, so but me up as well.

I will certainly NOT lend my name to this petition....I believe there are not enough models of German WWII armor subjects out there......wait a minute....my wife is telling me that I have every variant of every German armored vehicle produced , proposed, or even sketched on a napkin!OK in that case .....add my name to the list.
I'm not a big into modern subjects but Land Rovers are such cool vehicles it's a shame that there are no affordable plastic alternatives out there.
As for the copyright issue...the manufacturer could do what Tamiya did and just give the kit a generic name like they did with the "German 3 ton 4x2 cargo truck" (instead of Opel Blitz) or like Dragon did with the road wheels for their Tiger I initial production. They put CONTINENTAU instead of Continental. They could call it a Land River instead of Land Rover...see problem solved!

Any Australian Perentie 110 in GS, FFR, SRV, RFSV or 6x6 LRPV, IIMV or a Parakeet would be more than welcome.
Having spent the majority of my military service bouncing around in Land Rovers, I'd love to build the entire family.
I'd even go for a 130 Sallyman.

And as we all know they've been crammed to the udders with all manner of kit over the years I'd be willing to spend a few extra dollars for an assortment of goodies to augment said kit (spare tires, stowage, tarps etc..). I know if the kits come the AM stuff will follow, but being an a amateur and a budget builder the stock kit extras and what I rely on 99% of the time to fill out my models.
Come on executive suit types, help us out!

I was hoping for the old 109 series to make some technicals and Lebanese gun trucks back in the civil war.. but I'm still happy with the ones mentioned here.
Maybe Italeri or Revell could re-release their old Landrover!

i looked on the hobby boss website and couldnt find any landrovers even under new releases, am i doing something wrong?

No, the ones on the Hobbyboss site have either been recently released, like the Sdkfz 222... or will be released soon. But they don't put anything about kits still under development.
I don't expect we'll be seeing these Landrovers before 2011.
