Whoops, it looks like someone is ahead of me on building this firetruck. However their's is a water carrier only ( known as a tender) rather than a fire fighting vehicle. Or perhaps they just have not as yet built the turret.

The bed spring screen wire over the windows is an interesting detail. May have to add that to my AA-60.

Pipe hauler on the long chassis with only the left hand cab. This leaves plenty of room for the engine auxiliaries. Notice no auxiliary structure housing behind the cab. (More room for pipe!

How 'bout this monster; looks like a transporter for a transformer!

Interesting missile transport:

Notice what appears to be a new style wheel hub. The radar truck shown above still sports the original style wheel hubs.

Absolutely no idea on the radar truck. Internet photos did not have any ID. Anyone else out there have the skinny on this vehicle?

The most recent one where it looked like the radar unit is a transformer standing behind the tail of the truck. Thanks Damian

This is SNR for S-125 Neva.
I think that Maz chassis for SNR uses only in Poland.

Russian Buran space shuttle landing after its' only orbital flight. Note MAZ-543 service vehicle in foreground.

It was/is a beautiful piece of work!

Diesel-electric locomotive combined with a MAZ 12x12 chassis (as mentioned back on page 2 of this thread.)

Here is an earlier photo of this same vehicle seen in better days and with all its' wheels.

I wonder if they used the regular MAZ engine for over the road power or chucked that in favor of an electric traction motor hooked up to the driveline to take advantage of the readily available electric power.

Do not know if this represents possibly the most powerful tractor ever built or just an easy to move portable electric generator - or both???

The latest from W-Model: the SA-10 Grumble S-300 Surface to Air Missile launcher in resin.

Sorry the photo is such poor quality, that would be W-Model.

I guess that was what Damian was trying to tell us earlier with this photo!

This resin vehicle is going to be the basis of a lot of new models!

And again the missile resupply vehicle:

That crane really adds something to this vehicle.

And now back to one of my favorite subjects: the short frame semi-tractor variant of the MAZ (the MAZ-7410):

I'm repeating this post just because it gives us such a good view of the 7410 mechanical layout:
