Hej Edward.

The model is finished. It was great fun and i'm very pleased how it turned out.

UPDATE:
A bit of thread Necromancy.

I apologize for the sudden stop in my updates.
I had a major cold which later turned into pneumonia, so after i got better i simply finished the build under my recooperation and took pictures.
But enough of that.

I'll finish my thread and upload the remaining WIP pictures in cronological order, whit descriptions.

I'm planing a diorama for the model which i might do a separate thread or simply add on this thread. Time will tell.

Thanks Karl, it's good to be back.
The dio will be my first foray into making a water diorama whit resin. We'll see how that turns out over time.

UPPDATE:

Fixed the upper engine detailing in place. The net on the over-pressure exhaust was a pain.

Thereafter i mated the upper and lower chassi together. I realised this might be a bit bad due to the complexety of getting the tracks in place and masking trubble when i start painting, but i felt like i needed to get the build done.

Added the missing cable to the Shtora boxes.

The last thing before the model headed of to the paintingtable...was masking the clear parts on the tank ( vision slots etc.)
I used Micro-Mask Liquid Masking on all of the clear parts. Quick and easy to apply.

Next up is the painting...
