I like the detail you are adding to that Humvee Alex!

As for my Meng pick-up:

A little bit too blue but will be grand when weathered down to sandy dusty dirty look

When there are adhesive tapes on front humvee lights, is it also on rear lights ?

Dear Paul (1721Lancers) and dear All,

I've joined the campaign few weeks ago but only today I can start working !

I will make a 1:35 french artillery tractor Lorraine 37L in german service, used in Tunisia by DAK.

This is my start up picture:

Lorraine 37L was extensively used by germans almost everywhere, with many modifications and variants.

My kit is produced by RPM. It looks nice, with instructions written in polish only, but we can easily manage because the drawings are very clear.

Of course the kit is new, unopened and dedicated to this campaign !

My idea is a simple diorama where DAK soldiers load water cans and bottles on board, ready for support troops in Tunisia. It should be enough desertized...

Regards

Giovanni

Sean, thank you. Nice progress on your kit, fast and effective.

Giovanni, you have around one month and a half before the end of this campaign built. Good luck with your Lorraine 37L diorama.

Paul, good reworked paint on your tank.

Thank your for comment, by your rules, I have fun with my kit.

Cool Giovani , take your time with her and she'll be great. And yes I agree, it's desertised enough

Sascha a speedy build there , why don't you add some weathering before call it done?
You could make a darn good build from this point on

Alex thanks dude, I got back to the cellar today to add some fading, and then it's on with the chipping

Paul

Edit the pic from now

I have done a little weathering around the road wheels but as far as the rest goes weathering has never been kind to me I have ruined way more kits trying to weather but I have time so i'll give it a go.
thanks

Nice to see this campaign progressing.
Sean that's some really nice work there. Waiting to see it finished.
Sascha now that is a vehicle you dont see getting modeled often. Nice work. It begs to be weathered!
Paul it looks good. Are you going to weather it a little more? (By the way, the Panther at the back looks great....).
Lap Man anyone that starts a Bronco kit is avery patient man! Interesting subject too!

Long time since I last posted (last post was on page 11!), sadly it has been that long since I have had time to work on the Panzer III.

Started working on the figures. The two guys on the left are almost complete, but I need to fix up their eyes.

The other three guys have only just had a dark wash applied over the base layer, and still require a fair bit of touch up and shading.

Rommel is still pondering his fate...

Hi Benjamin, welcome back. Just in time. I'm starting right now to work on DAK figures for this campaign. Waiting to see your progress of works.

This campaign is really going strong. Lovely stuff everyone!

A better shade of blue on my pick-up

Mixed with the Revell blue, clear gloss, a tiny drop of black and white spirit.

John I am nowhere near finished my friend , I have a lot planned for this one yet , in fact I might even need an extension for my own campaign
I hope you have settled in well to your new home, and can therefore spend more time on the campaign trail .
As for the Panther in the background of my pic well, be patient
and watch for a complete build soon. Here's a sneak preview close up just for you

Benjamin nice to see you back . Great start to those figures and the will great when dusted up

Sean isn't it strange that some campaigns go flat out almost at the end .
Nice paint job bro, clean and smooth. But I bet it don't stay that way

Here is todays update, some self made masking for the markings and the CIP panels, and a little start to the wear and tear:

Happy weekend all

Paul

Picked up my PzIII for some work :

Turret, added some filter & chipping

Started the Hull:

Dragon wants me to change on each side, one of the three,

Side by side there isn't much difference, my zooming didn't help I know...
I won't change it, too much work for no visible difference.

Added suspension arms too.

Wheels, panzer grey coat then I'll apply the Dark Yellow

Also started the top hull, still plenty of work ahead.

OK, I'm late getting started, but a recent move from the U.S. to Mexico City put an abrupt halt to all my projects. I need to get going again. So here is my build.

Now I need to get started!

Also taking care of the hull details, hopefully some photos soon

Great work Sean, that's going to be a killer look...
