Hi Kurt,
Congrats on finishing a well executed project. I enjoyed the concept and the old trench and over grown tank look excellent. The different levels in the landscape give a lot of depth to the scene and help draw the viewer into the scene.
I really like the trees and bushes and the damaged bunker adds another dimension to the scene.
Your choice of the lone painter added a nice final touch.
Excellent work.
Cheers
Al

A bit late to reply , but thanks anyway Romain.
I'm thinking a lot about my new project ,it could be a WWO I aircraft diorama or a D-day diorama ...... I'm still trying to figure out how i'll build up the scene

Awesome work Kurt.
It is a really big and well executed diorama and I love the inclusion of the lonely painter. Working in this eerie and yet serene surroundings. Love it.

Hi Kurt,
1st Class slide show of the diorama, which just reminds us of the excellent work you did. I do hope you'll submit both the static photographs and slide show as a feature. (Contact Darren Baker - CMOT)
You really captured the feel of the abandoned and deserted field of battle, as mother nature reclaims the ground.
As I said before terrific work and a very enjoyable build to watch.
Cheers

Hello Nick ,
first of all thank you very much for checking the slide show and the kind words ! It was great to read your comments and feedback during the build of this diorama.
Well my dear fellow modeller from over the big ocean , brase yourself because i'm thinking about a whole new project....
It could be an in-flight diorama (from WWO 1 )with two biplanes in a dogfight above the front.
Or a D-day diorama depicting the landing on the beach but it will be a little bit special
An other idea is to create an non-military diorama in scale 1:32 with a floatplane , treehouse and forrest landscape including a lake ....
But like you said before ... no pressure !
Cheers
Kurt
