Not many John. A 1/16 that needs the electronics added and the camo and that Coelian on Darren's Panther Campaign.
But now the operation has come and gone I can concentrate on those wish lists. I know I sold off more than I have now and really wish I hadn't done that but money was needed so off they went.
Plus I have 2 RTR Panthers to build up into a different versions too. Big work!

Hi, I'm Mike and I have a Panther problem...
( waits for everyone to say "Hi Mike...")
I dunno which to build.
life is tough I know...
Been clearning the stash of older kits so probably one of these.
How'd I end up w TWO different Zimm sets? Compulsive model kit accessorizing..ouch
But I am not sure which.
Leaning toward the Flak w Realmodels turret or the F
Pretty into the Dust/Panzer 46 thing these days.
Help!
Do I need a proof of date pic too, or does the pile o shame suffice?

Jeff, You're the campaign guy. I dont get the newspaper, dont watch broadcast tv, and I use my phone for crummy pics.
I suppose I could take a picture of everything piled on a calendar, or trot everything out to the ancient desktop comp and pose a proof of life/date pic.
I get that there are folks who can game the system w older already started builds entered into new campaigns.
What's your call here?
Are these good to go, or do you need another pic?
Mike

Any one of the kits shown ARE acceptable to use. Now if you're asking me if a bulk picture of all your Panther kits are what we need for this Campaign why... I have never been asked that before. The rules usually just require one boxart AND any and all AM parts to be used. Time stamping and dating is optional.
What do you think John? Does this satisfy the spirit of Armoramas requirements?
I don't make up or write the rules, just list them.

I think you missed the tongue in cheek nature of the orig posting (I've got a panther problem) and the more serious question of if a timestamped picutre was required.
Obviously, I've got a few panthers to build.
All of those in the picture are unstarted, and the few I am mulling over which to use are shown with the sealed parts inside.

Yes Mike, you have a Panther problem...
I'm ok with that Mike, just go ahead and build something
For your Panther A use the ATAK, it's great Zimm I used it on a Tiger it worked great.
The PE Zimm, I used on a Tamyia Panther, it looked good but it was very easy to damage it.
Jeff, too bad you sold your Panthers, the 6403 is a little gem !

Panther-itis.. a condition whereby model companies release more panther kits faster than I can build them and almost faster than I can BUY them. But I think I am keeping up ok.
Had a hankering to build another AA Panther given that the first build of the Flak panther is over 15yrs old. I think I even cut bridal veil for the fan covers (no PE for me in those days.) Hopefully my skills have improved. It will be an interesting side by side.

G'day fellas
No, I haven't been asleep and have been progressing happily along while waiting for the site to come back to life. Some progress photos of the Panther D with most of the fiddly bits attached and ready to paint. First an overall view with the wheels mounted on bits of sprue:
Front view
Rear view
Tonight I should have all the wheels and tracks on and ready for weathering.
Regards
Rob

I know the website's been funky here lately but we would never hold that against anyone, even if it wasn't. No hurries, no pressure, just have fun and take your time... your progress is further along than I expected. And looking good too!
But what's the deal with the time stamping of 7-11-2014?
ALL of you guys... the pics and progress is great.
Jeff

Cheers Rob

Duh. I do apologize as I meant nothing but only to enquirer because there would be others too. So please ignore me. It was 4:30 AM and my brain wasn't clicking just right.
Thanks for the reality check... carry on with the great work buddy.

The time stamp is added automatically by the camera, and no, it's not 11 July - down here at the normal end of the world we put the day first, then the month.

Here are the parts I will START with, but are subject to change. Which means I might add or subtract a few here and there but this is the baseline for my Panther II.
So, all I need to do is get out the saw, make a few cuts and be on my way. I will initially start with the Friuls but heard the kits might be easier? LOL
