Oooh. I like that Tat. Like it a lot!
Okay, yes, I have been working on my 250/9 amongst the other builds I am involved in. Finished the basic assembly, now just need to clean, prime and lay down some paint.
First up, added the Bosch Headlight and power cable. Dragon incorrectly gives you a Notek one to fit on the fender, when all photos of the 250/9 Neu show it with the Bosch mounted on a braket that extends over the fender. I also added the missing braces and their bolts on the front curved panel. The tool clamps are Aber - workable - and the mirror clamp is scratch built from scrap etch fret.
I also scrapped off the incorrectly positioned tie downs from the sides and added 3 new ones in the position as per a reference pic I am using for the vehicle I am building.
The other side showing the Aber clamps there and the tie downs. I also replaced the 'dots' that Dragon thinks represent bolt heads along the armour plate edge and then added the slot and staple on the top of the trapezoidal stowage box.
I also punched some styrene to make the Side marker post bases and their bolt heads (bolt and nuts under the fenders too) as Dragon doesn't give you those.
Then the rear. Added the Jerry Can rack and door handle that Dragon doesn't provide, as well as replaced the idler adjusters with ones made from Evergreen rod. The end is a tube on the real thing, and Dragon's were a bit thin to drill.
Then I added the tie downs missing from the rear door and just peeking out of the bottom fender, the cable for the Notek convoy light. I was quite surprised that this came from behind the light and down the outside of the vehicle under the door and through the lower hull there, not passed through the stowage boxes. You look at photos, but until you study them, you can miss a lot.

Then the outer turret section. The shields are Aber from an old 234/1 set meant for the Italeri kit that my youngest son now has in his stash (there to remain now he has found girls and cars). These are sooooo much better than the Dragon ones.
Lastly, the turret inner section with the, you guessed it, Aber sight rings fitted.
