Question...
I was looking at the Revell Tanker Truck and see that I have already removed the chrome from about half of the chrome parts. I forgot about doing that. Is this still allowed? If not I have other options....like a what-f project involving a T-55.

Ok thanks. Unless I talk myself in to doing something else, which isn't unheard of, I'll probably do the Mack Fuel Rig then. I'll start after I finish my T28E that I'm doing for the Landships Campaign.

well here's a pic of the progress I have made, I was able to get the suspension mounted with the arms, as well as the side skirts and all of the detailing pieces. This kit goes together really well, and the quality is really good.
Due to Photo Bucket being basically the world's pargest POS to use for hosting photos. The next time you will see photos will be when this kit is done.

G. Houle, I'm looking forward to more of your build. I don't build Vietnam era (yet) so this is interesting to me. Looks like you're off to a good start.
Take care,
Don "Lakota"

thank you for the kind words Don,
maybe it's time that you get around to building something Vietnam era? my next project might be an F4 Phantom in 1/32 scale, although we will have to see what the future holds.
Take care and have a great day

I had an idea.
What about a Miniart Base? I have their Cross-Roads base and their French Farm Gate. I actually have two copies of the Cross-roads one so I'd probably would do one of them.

do it up, and toss something on it that you built, I don't see why that can't be a candidate for this campaign.

Okay thanks. I'm actually building both Miniart base sets and photographing the progress. I'll see which one is progressing best and post it. If time allows I might post both.

Looks great, Ken! I must try to pick up one of those...
P.S.Is there really such a thing as "too many campaigns"??

I hope so, Clayton. I am daunted by how to make the pattern on the fur and feathers on the beasts.

I've been looking for a campaign to build this one in. Looks like this campaign might fit the bill. If this one is approved, then I'll join and get started.

Greetings! This will be my first post / campaign. My entry will be a AFV WC63MG 1.5 tone personnel carrier, just started 2 days ago. The motor and frame.
It says this category cannot contain photos, so what category can you post pictures and reply?
Well, I found a post that explained in 4 or 5 pages how to post a picture here. [Moderator]
Darren Baker Why so unfriendly a process, and I do not have a camera that will downgrade a picture to 700 pixels, so I guess I am out of here. BY!

Roger, you can post photos on this thread. There is a gallery as well where you need to post at least one photo of your finished build. Here's the link that is specific to this campaign:
https://gallery.kitmaker.net/showgallery.php/cat/30695
Downgrading photos: There are PC software that can do that -- MS Office is one. If you're a an Apple / Mac user, I am sure there are equivalent products as well.
Alternatively you can use photo-hosting apps such as Photobucket, Flickr, if you do not want to go the thru hassle of downgrading photos as these can accommodate higher resolutions.
Cheers,
Tat
