The main reason I hadn't built this kit before was the tyres on the road wheels - actual rubber. I still remember my Tamiya 30 CWT Chevy and what happened to those wheels (any oldies out there will know what I mean). So I have held off until replacement became available. I had read some good reviews of the Panzer Art set, so I purchased them from an on line retailer (a reputable one). Now I have looked at them, either I got a dud set, or the reviews were far kinder than they should be. "...free of blemishes and air holes" - pigs bottom !!!....
The two on the right have air holes in the rim and one has raised resin fault in the inner rim. The two on the left have raised resin faults. The one on its side has a massive air hole on the tyre side, 30 degrees away from the poor plug, and also has faults on the rim like the others... 5 out of 5 with casting faults....
Yes these are the new revised version Re 35-346, said to fit the three manufacturers of kits of this vehicle .... ahem, really?? Want to look again Panzer Art? I believe your location holes are a tad too big for the Hobby Boss kit

and way too deep. Available photos clearly show these would be way too close to the tracks if fitted directly to the hub mounts of the kit. No, PA, the Hobby Boss Inner rim does not fit straight in yours to space them out - you have to trim off the inner locating rim on the inside of the kit ones to make them shallower and then add spacers around the inner rim to get these to fit the right depth and be central.

Something to remember if you ever get around to building your kit and want replacement wheels Clayton.
