First crewmember is done. I am not a figure painting wizard and this new russian digital camouflage don´t really adds for my relief as it is a "first time" for me but I am more than happy about the final outcome about it. I just added the now usual national Color Badge, the army badge and the distinct unit´s badge:









I changed the final Location of this one - the gesture of him fixing something at the armatures does look more realistic than climbing up the stairs





So who comes next...

Absolutely sensational Thomas. A true work of art.

If I could say a couple of small things? The trench of gouged soil at the rear is much deeper than the area the vehicle is sitting on, which would be unlikely. Tracks on the ground do not move unless the vehicle is turning and then they slide sideways. It is downward pressure pushing mud out to the side and the small surface clumps that stick to tracks and are flicked out later when the track rises from the ground that causes the 'trench'. So the soil would be very soft and the vehicle weight would also have pushed the vehicle down further than depicted for the trenches to be that deep - plus there would be no 'step' up from the trench up to the tracks.

Also, I expect that the crew would reverse the vehicle to dig in the blade so a small scraped area and piled up soil would result.

Not big things really, just finer detail that my An@I retentive side nags at me about.

As to the pics. Have you tried uploading the pics one at a time? Multiple upload has been an issue for a long time.
