Hi Erwin,
That'll be impressive, but I think you're going to need a bigger plumeau, or feather-duster as we call them in these here parts,

.
Cheers,

Yet more weathering underway... (if you didn't guess so, the rear one has been processed already

)
Still not done, however...

The mortar (assuming that's what you mean by the middle part?) is also underway... The bottom part is finished, construction wise, but since I didn't think about the camouflage stripes to be added, the painting has to be redone partly...

Well, I would have been more disappointed about you not saying "Hi" than about you nicking the feather duster.

Thanks, I am about finishing them, so wait for the pictures to appear shortly...

Cheers mate, I try to give the impression of the things being from metal by brushing on gun metal pigments on the edges and extruding parts.
This usually results in having my hands covered with pigments and my clothes too. But hey, you have to make a sacrifice for the greater good, don't you?

Hi Erwin,
The carrier carriages look excellent,

.
You and drivers, they're either too tall or too wide,

...methinks a diet will be necessary for this guy to slip in that driving compartment,

.
Cheers,

Hi G.
Thanks, I am certainly proud of them! Still some minor work to be done, specially when adding it to the dio behind a shunting loc...
I did some measurements and if I want to add all rail vehicles I have in my head, I need 120cm of rails..
But... but... I already ám on a diet and lost several kilos!!!

Hi Erwin,
That's one 'eck of a lot of track, painting that will be fun,

.
Congrats on the kilos lost, but I still think that you'll need to shrink a tad more to fit in that driving compartment,

.
Cheers,

Well, that is actually x2, since I want to depict 2 parallel tracks...
Oh, I'll manage the painting....no problems there
Bummer... Still not there yet!!!

Hi Erwin,
That is one 'eck of a lot of track, I think you must have shares in Nederlandse Spoorwegen,

.
Whose track are you using?

That would be more shares in the Polish PKP, since I want to depict the Karl "Zui" on arrival at the Warsaw West railway station, on the 17th of August 1944, in order to help and quell the Warsaw uprising.
I have a bunch of MiniArt track. Actually I am about 30 cm short, but with one of the wagons, made by Sabre, there is a piece of track included, which is rather similar (the main difference being the form and structure of the sleepers). I hope the differences are so small that they are unnoticeable, specially with a wagon or locomotive on top of it.
