Nearly ready, the locks on the doors need to be added and the couplers...
Then the painting...

Big 'ol bugger, looks great so far!
Thanks fellas...
I am now facing the following challenge: I want to use MiG's Acryllic scratching fluid, BUT the topcoat I intend to use, is AK's Real color (laquer based) paint. Some say it will work, other say it won't.
Any one of you with experience in the combination? What do you use to wet the brush/toothpick?
A friend of mine did a test yesterday (he has more spare time than I have), and he says it can't be done in this combo. Oh wel, I'll have to buy some other paint for the top coat then
Hope you’re not missing any pieces of those guys?? who’s the manufacturer? How did the MiniArt wagon construction go, would you recommend it? Sure looks good to me. PS nice wood-effects on the table![]()

Really indescribable amount of work is involved in this project. I wonder if I would have the patience it takes to attempt something like this anymore.

Hi Erwin,
Nice update, the rolling stock and engine look really great, such a shame that a lot of that intricate work will be hidden.
This is going to be one mega layout when completed,.
Cheers,,
