Hi Guys. Starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel now. Only washes, filters and final weathering left to do. The image below shows how she stands yesterday!

Guys I need to withdrawal from this GB. Due to late coming into the information, a lack of time to the the holidays as well as not having the correct items at my disposal. Sorry for the letdown and have a great holiday. Maybe I can do the next one.

Ok, so does the campaign end at the stroke of midnight tonight the evening of the 31st or at 12:00:01 (today), the instant it became the 31st?

The Campaigns page lists the campaign as being completed but the photo gallery still lists this as an active campaign.

Did I make it just under the wire?

The short version of what I threw at this kit (and what stuck)
Tamiya engine deck screen
Aber side fenders, skirt hangers, skirts, spare tracks holders, and pins.
Jordi Rubio turned Aluminum barrel
Eduard Photoetched Zimmerit
Eduard photoetched clamps.
Eduard stenciled vehicle numbers
Fine Molds clear periscopes.
Fruilmodelismo metal track.

More specifics.
Eduard stowage box latches, intentionally left open.
Eduard jack mount left open
Styrene bolts and mounting squares for the exhaust shields.
14 parts added to AAmg mount See attached photo
Brace on rear turret lifting ring added.
Exhaust cover mounting points and bolts added, see photos.
Added styrene pin knockers to lower hull side near idler.
Tamiya vane sight
Mantlet lifitng lugs added
Jordi Rubio barrel + kit base + putty faired in to correct profile.
Styrene replacement gun rod tube + Eduard etched parts.
Eduard Etched Zimmerit
Putty zimmerit on MG ball mount.
More details on the Mg mount detailing.
Additional Vane sight added after picture was taken
Commanders hatch stop is Eduard part plus styrene cross piece.
Fine Molds Clear periscopes.
Hard to see, but gun depression lower-limit stop added to hull front.
Styrene disk added to towing cable holder.
Drivers/RO hatch stops added
Left side tool suite with Eduard etch wire insulation and Aber chain and pins.

and yeah, the zimmerit box top in the pic above got fixed before paint.
...

Here is the model I've built for the campaign. It's Dragon's Tiger 1 (P) # 6210. I've added Atak's zimmerit set, a LionMarc MG 34 barrel, Armorscale's screen set and a set of Fruily tracks.

This is the first model I've ever taken pictures of and therefore the first one I've ever posted. Hope you like it.

Happy New Year!

Scott

Here is my entry, it's Dragon's Tiger 1 late. It was a fun but difficult build.

Hi all,
Heres my AVGP Cougar. Take one Italeri hull from a LAV -25, chop, channel add some styrene and bondo, add some PE, a turret from the AFV Scorpion, more PE (courtesy Eduard and Paul Truhe) Maple Leaf Models tires and wheels, headlights and tail lights plus some Archer graphics and there you go.
All the best for the New Year
Regards
Peter

Never mind...I figured it out. I was try to add them to the Campaign gallery from my own instead of uploading them directly to the MEOW gallery.

My entry to the MEOW! campaign ... Dragon´s Panther A late, with Attak zimmerit, Aber PE/barrell and Friul tracks. Its placed on Dragon´s Ssys rail car ...and will eventually be part of a bigger diorama. Great campaign, and was a nice excuse to build this.
Thanks for the extension, Steve. Meant finishing this wasn´t so stressful!

AWWWW Shucks guys. Tweren't nuthin. Seriously though, the hard part starts now. have to get with the headquarters folks and get the ribbon made. Wild card had one for me but as he is no onger part of the group it probably isn't where I can get it. I designed it and he just made it to my specs so there won't be a copyright infringement. But when the awards are posted to your accounts I post it here and you guys ca go peak at your new "fruit salad"

Hi Guys,
Sorry this is so late, but things got a little nuts over here at the beginning of the month. Here's me entry: a Hungarian Tiger I. The Hungarians got about 12 of them in the spring of 1944 from either sPzAbt 503 or 507 as these units refitted with Tiger II's. From what I've been able to find, the vehicles were left in their original paint schemes and tactical markings. The Tigers served with the 2nd Hungarian Armoured Division. The model is the then-new DML Tiger I late. I made the flag on the back of the turret storage bin from foil and a couple of decals. Enjoy!
Regards,
Georg

Do you have more info on Hungarian Tigers? I'm interested in the topic (being a Hungarian, after all), and incidentally, I'm waiting for a book that deals with Hungarian armor, but maybe you have some more stuff...
Thank you. Very nice build
