Echelon Fine Details have, since they were established, acheived a name for themselves in the quality of their 1/35th scale decal sets. Now, they have gone in a slightly different direction with the announcement that they are now producing Decal Sheets in another scale - 1/72nd....
Released a little late for last week's News story on the new Accurate Armour releases, this new 1/35th scale conversion set will certainly guarantee a striking model....
With the quantity of new releases coming out in 1/48th scale from Tamiya, Skybow and Hobby Boss (see today's BIG news story!) , it seems only reasonable to look at some of the updates/conversion sets available in these scales.

Over the weekend, the annual Toy Fair was held in Nuremberg , Germany. Amongst the most intriguing of the new products announced, were tthose of a new company - Hobby Boss. The company is producing a range of armor kits in both 1/48th and 1/35th scale along with track sets....

Before people start dismissing this as more 'Bronco-ware' , the company were actually showing both Sprues and finished kits on their stand - very promising indeed!!

Having just had an advance look at Italeri's 20006 catalogue, there are not too many , COMPLETELY New, 1/35th scale armor releases listed. That said, they are several which are VERY interesting indeed....
Thanks to Derek Hanson of Accurate Armour we are able to present the latest 1/35th scale releases. At the end of the story, it's also a good opportunity, to re-print their future release lists....
In the third of these Dragon Models' News stories based on their 2006, catalogue, the attention turns to an increasingly important (and horribly neglected) part of the hobby - 1/72nd scale.

The list in the catalogue, is curiously enough, a lot more interesting than the lists for 1/35th scale.

It should also be noted, these are informative , not definitive. Things will doubtless change during the course of the year.....

News just in from Mr. Alex Surzhenko, Director of Master Box Limited, of two new 1/35 scale kit releases to hit the kit market, one very soon, one in about a month's time (if all goes well with the process, he says.)
