After posting in the other thread, and thinking about it, the truth is it maybe a little expensive, but if they did that for a German 250 or 251 every German builder would be having org**ms and selling their children to get it.

Thats alot of bling.

That is over the top for me. However, some other builders might like it and I am already looking forward to see somebody else use it.

Hey guy's "it's all good" resin, photo etch, pigments. wow! I have just returned to the hobby after ten years. imagine my surprise and delight when i bopped into my hobby store and said "whats new"? I would love to see a dedicated commercial line of plastic "dyes" this would eliminate any paint buildup on delicate parts, faces especially. I love where this hobby is going and the willingness of kitmakers etc. to listen to their peeps. Capitalism in action. Great modeling Byrdman

Yea I made some negative comments about this release in that eralier thread and I still stand by those comments. But even with that said, it still amazes me how much the hobby has evolved. For years we maoned and cried about accuracy high standards. We wanted to differentiate our hobby from the toys of the day and the rc market. Finally over the last decade our calls have been answered. Now if they can just work on those prices for these things!!!

James i am certain all the research and development as well as the new tooling technology is expensive. I am equally certain the competition that has driven all these beautiful kits and products will eventually lower prices as other kits come on line. I assure you Tamiya for example will not quietly sit back as Dragon corners the market on new kits and technology. These are truly good times for modelers, keep buying the goodies and they will keep on comin! Economics is finally cool to me!!
