Can somebody post a picture of WOT6 or WOT8 with such wheel hubs?

I think the answer can be seen in step 33 and 36 of ICM's assembly instructions. The resin replacements needs some parts from the original kit to become complete. / Robin

The sling rings can't save those conical forms.
DEC 24, 2019 - 11:48 PM
The rea wheels should have cylindrical shapes instead of the cones. Full size image: LINK I assume that MacOne have made resin copies of the kit wheels so at least it eliminates the risks with soft "rubber" tyres. Those who have good references should be able to re-work those centers of the hubs to the correct shapes, if they feel that it is absolutely necessary / Robin

From MacOne's site: In the casting blocks they are marked with L (left) and R (right) for correct assembly. Complete the wheels using kit parts E6 and E9 for the rear wheels and E2 and E4 for the front ones. For the ICM model. You can see a review done by Andy King in his blog LINK

I think the fact that E4 and E9 go over the hub renders any change to the shape unnecessary. Those are essentially large assembly pins, not the actual hubs. Robin's first post suggests this without coming out and saying it, only to be somewhat contradicted in his second post.

Take a close look at the shape inside of the sling discs (or whatever they are). The front wheel is very similar to ICM's and MacOnes wheels but the rear wheel looks more cylindrical. It is easier to see in the full size image. Each modeller will have to decide for him/her-self if this is a deal breaking issue or not. I can definitely live with it / Robin
