Some small progress from my side (it goes very slowly because I'm spending all afternoons on walks with my son - I'm using summer as it lasts)
I've almost done the gun - there are also other parts ready, but I cannot assembly them before painting - it would make painting extremally difficult (and I'm lazy guy ):
It needed some filling and sanding but after all it fits great - like most of parts in this model.
I hope to post some more soon.
Andrzej

hi guys
well i signed up and have started my build for this campain but not got to much time at the moment. i have made a good start and will try and get a few pic's loaded for the weekend. i'm building the tamiya JS2, totaly OOTB. i plan on adding a MIG figure to it, possably.
is it possable to add more than one vehical to a campain? i may also add in one of my other current builds, the tamiya opel blitz with the MIG winter set, if i get it built in time, how long do we have left?

Neil - campaign ends December 22nd, so if you can build more than one vehicle (and if you want to do it ) you are welcome.

Andrzej,
Glad to see some progress pics. That is going to be an impressive build when complete. Nice to here you're spending time enjoying the summer with your son.
Neil,
Welcome aboard. I'll be looking for the JS2.
I finished assembly/painting and a little weathering on the leFH18. Posed it for the camera.
I'll start working on the crew/stowage this weekend, hopefully.
Comments and Suggestions?

That cannon is looking sweet! It IS hard to do models when the weather is so nice outside yet here I am typing on the computer I think our Campaign will look good when December comes around. I'd better go do some modelling, Greg

Thanks Greg, It's been pretty warm here last week and have been working a 4 day work week. It gives me a little more spare time in the A/C.

Great looking work by everyone so far!
Now that I finally got the review of the Marder III Ausf.M finished and up on the site I can begin building, I'll post teaser pics here with the build on the armor forum.
Looking forward to more of this inspirational work by you guys

I got my grab rails on tonight and just about ready for painting. I need to add grab bars to the fuel tanks and keeping my fingers crossed I can pull off painting the muzzle convincingly.

Looks good, Greg. A very nice result on the gun. I was a little skeptic how it would turn out as a gun is difficult to scratchbuild. However, I think it looks very good.
Looking forward to see it with some colours.

Hello Greg,
The scratched barrel looks good on your Soviet SPG. It looks like it is nearing the paint booth. I am looking forward to seeing it with paint so keep posting!
Jim,
Your Tiger I is looking good. The texture is gonna look real good with a wash and some drybrushing. Keep posting updates here so I can check it out. I don't visit the Axis Forum too often.

Greg, Mobious, Jim - your progress is very good. I feel shame that mine is so slow... .
Weekend is comming so maybe I'll be able to speed up a little.

Andrzej,
Dont be hurrying that 1/16 scale T-34. It's gonna be a beauty when it's complete. I'm glad to hear you spent some time with your son. I got the chance today. Helped him with his 1:1 scale Mustang, busted out the soldering iron and went to work. We had a fun and productive day off!.

Welcome bigwil90,
It would be great to see the AFV Tiger I. Are you planning a specific vehicle with the Techmod decals? Keep me updated on your progress, I've been wanting to build an AVF, something other than a softie.

Hi Bigwil90
It's quite a build you are planning there . Fortunately we still have plenty of time to build these models... I'm not even half the way... I've just started painting.

Hey Bruce,
Building a model with your arm in a cast is like building it with one arm tied behind your back. Hope everythings OK!

Hi everyone Thank you for the support . Mobious to answer your question . I am contiplating on either tigers 301 or 312 . From the 3th Company , 505 schwere SS-Panzerabteikubg . It says it is from the summer of '44 in Poland . But going through my resorces . The unit went through the battle of Kursk , but of course that was with the early and mid Tigers. But the late tiger units where used in the retreat of the unit from Russia . That is from the book Tigers in Combat 1 But I could be wrong

Hello bigwil90,
That is a very good reference book. Lots of pics, unit organization charts, and brief field reports. A very good reference source. Keep me updated on progress, I would like to see this one before paint.

Is it ok to join this campaign with a project I started 2 weeks ago? The project I would like to join with is this little figure display.

Welcome Robert,
That is an awesome looking viginette. I have hydrophobia also, so I hope you can keep posting your progress. Really anxious to see it completed.
Greg,
Looking forward to the ground work, and the AT gun.
James,
A very nice looking Marder III, the missing fender is neat. I might try that on a T-34 I am planning to build. Keep posting updates.
