Would any of the Trumpeter "paper Panzers" be acceptable? I have both an E50 and E75 which I could build.
If not, would consider a King Tiger...

Hi Guys,
Thanks for the comments. I am always looking to improve and have learned a lot from guys on this sight. I was just looking into purchasing an air brush the last 2 days. And i definitively find modeling very relaxing. I was able to get some more pictures uploaded
Without the figures
and the rear view
Thanks again.

As I`ve started the E-50, I`ll probably go with that. Bought the kit last week, and it`s turning out to be one of the fastest builds I`ve done! Hope to get paint onto it this morning, and am waiting for some Archer transfers that I`ve ordered that would be suitable for it as well.
May still tackle that E-75 or King Tiger, though...

Hi Tat,
Working on that same kit now for the Tank Killers Campaign and I have the same gap on mine too, it must be the kit. I agree with ya it went together pretty quick and fit well. Do you have any updated photos of it.

Here's my first project for the campaign...
Cyber Hobby (DML) Panzer III E. I haven't decided which theatre to decorate for, either Belgium 1940, or the Balkans 1941.
As you can see, I only have a few things left before she's ready for paint.

Hello for all, it's my first message on this forum
Here is my 1:72 Revell Panther A in summer 1944 western front for the campaing. Added some metal handles and the machinegun ring in the cupola. Any comments, expesially critical ones, are very welcomed.

Nice panther, MRB. Especially considering the scale. Personally I think the scratches are a little over the top, but overall a great panther.
I have made a little more progress on my Pz. IV. The camouflage is on now - next the details before I start on the weathering.

Thank you for your comments about the Panhter. I tried to make a really badly worn machine for this diorama idea of a abannoned Panther and some american/british troops around it (wich will mayby come together in the far future). It was my first time of chipping so it went a little bit too far But good to know that you liked the model despite the too strong chipping effect.
This campaing thing is a very nice way of doing models. Can't wait for the 1/48 campaing to start, I have a nice Tamiyas Steyer for that one on the shelf...

For a diorama like that it might not be a bad idea with heavy chipping. Especially not if it is a Panther left from previous battles with all GIs passing it wanting to crawl around it to have their picture taken.
Glad you like the campaigns - they are highly addictive

Finally got started with a 1/35 scale Jagdpanther/late (The Tamiya 35302 kit) with the Eduard etched set (Grills, fenders and Schürzen). The basic tank goes together like a beauty.

Here's a pic of my diorama work in progress, tenetively titled "Big Brother". It will be roughly 12"x16", and it is loosely based on those photos of the 503rd tiger batalion in a grove in normandy showing a mix of Tiger I and Tiger II's.

Well, as the weekend ended up being something of a wet one, I had an opportunity to work on my E50.
E50 - 38 SS Panzer Division "Nibelungen"
June 1947 - Second Battle of Moscow
This was a fun kit and a nice change of pace. Built straight out of the box - markings were from the spares box and Archer Transfers.

Here's my contribution,
The Dragon Panzer III G in 1/35. Painted with MM enamels and weathered with artists water colors and Tamiya pigments. One of these days I'm going to have to learn how to take decent pictures...
And because multiple entries are encouraged, here's another. The Tamiya Marder in 1/35, painted with MM enamels and weathered with Tamiya pigments.

Here's an update on the Jagdpanzer 38T:
Currently doing the initial weathering. Will put on the schurzen and start painting the upper hull next. Can't wait to start on the disc camo thing.
Oh, don't mind the gun -- its from another kit am working on. Looks meaner though.
Cheers,
Tat

Great entries, Grenadier! Very nice finish.
A very interesting camouflage on that Hetzer, Tat. Looking forward to see more.
I have made some more slow but steady progress on my Panzer IV. I am going for some medium weathering and a very used look to the vehicle. More to follow.

All of the entries are looking great guys. I am currently working on Tamiya's Tiger 1 Ausf. E(specifically Michael Whittman's Tiger). I haven't decided whether or not to post it here. May enter it into the "model of the month" contest.

Hi Raimondas.
A great job with this zimmerit. It's handmade or it's an aftermarket?
The interior looks very good too.

Thanks Jesper. Good to see you're well on your way to finishing your Pz IV. Got a bit sidetracked on mine but should be able to get to work on it this week. Cheers -- Tat

Very nice details, Raimondas. The interior looks very nice. Almost a pity to close it up.
