Nice work Meatie. The interior is looking first rate. Can't wait to see it completed. Tat, awesome job on the camo! I should be able to finish my Michael Wittmann Tiger soon. I just have too many builds going on. Looks like excellent builds all around. Keep up the good work.

Tat,
I really like the way your camo pattern turned out, great job
I would never have the patience to make all those small cuts in masking tape again wounder full job looking forward to seeing it completed.
My build time has been greatly diminished now that they put me back to work
Thanks for the comments Sal, Matt. Had a sore index finger and thumb for a couple of days after doing that. The eyes needed magnification help as well. Its been an enjoyable campaign, nice builds and all. Yep, work keeps us from doing the serious stuff we do. I may be back to the grind by next month as well.
Cheers -- Tat

Hi Guys,
Well the king tiger is almost finished. Just a few ajustments to make and then I need to start on a simple base. I have left the road wheels pretty clean at the moment until I decide how muddy/snowy the base will be.
hopefully I will have to base completed this week so I can start on the figures

Aloha All,
Some more progress on the Marder III. The white wash is done. Need to go back and fix a few detail areas, then will start on washes and highlights. Inspired by Rodolfo Torres entry to this campaign and by Pawel Rzymski feature, The Workhorse, I used a coat of hairspray under the white to help give it a worn appearance. This is my first time trying this method and I'm mostly pleased with the result. However, I think I let the white cure for too long, so parts didn't come off as easily as I would have liked.
Thanks for looking.
Zon

I'm coming in late for the campaign after a year and half hiatus from the hobby. These builds look great! Can I still get into this campaign and start it out with a Jagdtiger II build? I've always wanted to do one of those?

Hi to all
Unusually hot weather period has ended in Lithuania, so it's possible to get back to modelling Struggling to get my Dragon mid-production Brummbar complete before the deadline, but I will have a couple of free weeks and hope to finish in time.
Major PE works like these complicated schurzen fixtures and minuscule hinges come to end. I tried make some plastic hinges workable, but some of them broke eventually. I will have to fix them, maybe by spare PE and gluing them permanently can be the last measure.
I've come to conclusion that Tristar Pz.IV workable tracks ain't so workable after all, so I will have to fix them like indie links. Has anybody tried the new ones by AFV Club and can share impressions?

Thanks for the comments.
I am trying to decide how much more weathering to do, or maybe put a flag or storage on the engine deck.

Hello All-
I have started my kit which will be the older Dragon kit of a Porsche Jagdtiger. I am totally impressed with the way it has gone together so far; there are virtually no large gaps or a lot of seams. The track links leave a lot to be desired, though. Does anyone have any advice on alternative tracks to use on this? Also, it has been a while since I attached photos on Armorama. How do I link the photos to my posts?
Thanks for the help...
