Hi all,
There are some really fine Tigers taking shape here! Sadly, mine isn't one of them... After getting not very far on my "Bovington" KT build owing to a lot of little intrusions on my time I'm throwing in the towel. Oh, it'll get built, but not by the end of the month!
Good luck to everyone!
Tom

Bear, thank you for your guidance here and rest assured i will keep in contact for future help, as i know i will need it, lol.

Tom,
Excellent work on the Tiger 1. I really like the camo paintjob, as well as the overall paintjob to bring out all of the details. Nice job.

Thank you for the complement.
This is one of my first attempts in 1/72 scale models.
The build was straight forward, but the painting was a new challenge for me.
I'm considering geting the osprey book modeling in 1/72 scale to see what I can learn from others.
Regards,
Tom

Finally finished my entry for the Tiger Campaign. I have built the 1:35 Scale Tamiya King Tiger. Upgrades to the basic kit were hand applied Zimmerit using Squadron White Putty and a small bladed screw driver and Friulmodel Metal Tracks. I have included just a few shots here in the campaign thread. More images are available in my gallery. Comments are always welcome!

I know Sal, but my SturmTiger won't be ready for this one.
still working on the suspension and lower-rear hull.
Lots of work on this one, I have to be realistic about this one...
I joined too late already, and with lots of campaigns to do, I managed to finished a few but not this one.
I will continue to work one this great AFV Club kit, but I will post it on the "Constructive feedback" forum...
Anyway there are some great builds on this Campaign, I still have a bunch of Tigers for other Campaigns in the future..

You might try deleting some of the earlier photos you uploaded to the campaign gallery and see if that lets you upload a photo of your completed build.

Uploading to the campaign gallery is the same procedure as uploading to your own gallery, the difference is just where the pictures go. If you are signed in when you go into the campaign gallery, the upload button should be there.

Yes. That is the Upload button you use for uploading to any gallery. It seems that the gallery may have been shut down for uploading when you tried. It seems to be OK now.

Well, here is my beastie for final submission, as done as she will be. A 1/35th Dragon Jagdtiger done up as one of the last vehicles of the 519th just before surrender. I used the panzerwrecks books for reference, although am still not quite sure that the foliage I used comes across as convincing. This "generic" base and the figures are used to put the vehicle in some kind of context. Apologies for my bad photography
Thanks everyone for putting this together. I had fun being a part of it...hope everyone else is having fun too !

Yes, I'm afraid they are tied together. I wish campaign images did not count against the personal gallery but that it how the system works. Many people, including myself, have taken to using free photo sites like Picasa or Photobucket for our in-progress photos and limit use of the Kitmaker gallery for a photo of the final build for campaigns.
It's best to try and limit the size of the photo image. One source that can make a photo file too big is the number of colors. If you can use a graphics program to cut the number of colors to 256, this can make a file smaller.

Hello friends!.
Very sorry. I stopped my work because I have problems with my health again, (my eyes), I am diabetic. About my Tiger I need only to assemble the wheels and tracks, but I cannot do it at this moment. I hope to re-start soon.
Regards,
Rodolfo
