Nice kit, look forward to seeing end result. My wife has numerous models I have built on her work desk, only enough room for her PC.

Gents,
I'm back. Sorta. Not much to report, but I am moving 'a-head' on the knight.

The helmet mod us finally where I want it.

And the base is taking shape.

@Jeff T. The Centurion looks great.

Now for a major milestone: continued the metalwork by airbrushing some gunmetal on the steel plate.

Next will be a coat of Future and a sludge wash.

Lol! Thanks! He was going to be shiny. I really need to talk to that squire. He's been neglecting his duties whilst chasing wenches around the schloss. it's hard to find good help these days!

The armor will (hopefully!) look shinier after its final coat of gloss at the end. If all goes as planned-- shiny and realistic metal looking.

@Jeff T--I know you were just kidding, I was just (trying) to continue the fun, but I guess it didn't come across that way.

No worries.

Now where are your side skirts and weathering my friend?

The Centurion is nearly there, just figured out what to do with the weathering, going to go lite I think, and should be done by the end of the week. Jeff T.

Hi David!

Yes! Any Large Scale kit that has not been started is most welcomed! Just show a pic of the kits content, any aftermarket parts and what the boxart looks like and you're set!

Is there still time to join this campaign? I've been lurking these forums for some time now, and I'd like to join a campaign.
I've got a 1/6th Dragon Schwimmwagen kit that is burning a hole in my closet that I would love to build for this campaign! Only problem is the guy I bought the kit from had already done a very small amount of work on it, just a few parts but still. I bought it anyway because these Schwimmwagens are almost impossible to find for a reasonable price. If this is not a problem, then please add me to the list. Pictures incoming!

PLENTY of time as this Campaign will end in December.

To ENLIST while logged in, go here: http://armorama.com/modules.php?op=modload&name=Campaigns&file=index&req=showcontent&id=599 Then click on the ENLIST button. That's it!

Check out the guidelines but it sounds as though you have made a good choice to build. Just let us see what has actually been started.

I might even have to jump in here soon!

Thanks guys, just hope to do it justice. Well I have started, and it has to have the motorised parts, so done the running gear, and the electrics. Just one small change for the on / off switch......didn't like it underneath

so access is through the rear turret entrance.

The rest of the build so far was pretty straight forward.
I was thinking of adding my own Zimm......comments?
