That's cool Chris! A galaxy fighter. Can you send it over here to bomb my factory so I can get it off my workbench and move on to something else

Wow! Beautiful build on the falcon, Neil. Looks outstanding. You should enter for model of the month.
Thanks Jesper, I've just gone and done that

Really nice diorama Chris, looks great with the scenic photos behind it.

Chris, nice diorama, I like the figures, now they fit together more.
Here's my current state of affairs. After the hairspray method failed I removed all the paint (windex works wonderful on Tamiya acrylics) and started over again. Then I did some chipping with German grey by using the sponge method. After detail painting and decals it's now ready for some stowage and weathering.
This will eventually go into a Dio with the Jeep of the last campaign. The idea is a Jeep stopping next to an abandoned Demag with one solder checking for loot. While the Demag was not standard issue by 1944 in France, I was told by a friend and "knowitall" that it's not unthinkable that a unit transferred from the Ostfront took one along. Major weathering will be done with the dio to tie it all up, so I will keep it to a minimum here, as with the Jeep.
Cheers!
Stefan

the demag looks great and the dio concept sounds good, will it be a city setting or rural?
i'm glad you liked the figures as i struggle with them and to me these turned out better than past attempts[faces really elude me still].

I'm finally finished with the Stalingrad dio. I hope to get pictures taken and posted tomorrow.
I have ACL knee surgery the 28th so I might not see the very end of the campaign this month. But you'll all get your ribbons ASAP. Keep going guys!

Thanks Chris. It was great seeing your work in action. I know you kept me motivated to finish this when many a times I wanted to shelve it.

Greg that's great looking work, you really pulled off the ruin effect nicely!
that tank commander has a decision to make real fast, though i doubt the infantry would give him a choice.
the pz,figs and small details all look great, and the dio draws the eye.
I'm glad to have helped as you always have been very supportive and hey that's what model brothers do man
can't wait to see the next dio. up your sleeve,me I'm juggling a stug 4 conversion - a elephant overhaul - and finishing up the firefly conversion.
