Thanks chaps, I'm glad you enjoyed it. Means a lot to get feedback like that as it makes it all worthwhile from my side of things.

I have to apologize again for never even getting mine started. Too many irons in the fire.
Really nice builds here though and a joy to watch it all unfold and see the different techniques, etc, used.

Seeing we are in overtime here I'm holding other builds to complete this one. It is moving along and it should be done before the Final gong.
Here are a couple of progress pictures:

Dustin- Glad you enjoyed it mate. Really cracking build you did as well.
Jerry- No worries mate. You've got a couple of huge builds on your plate at the moment so you were bound to be short of time. I'll think of something in the New Year for another campaign which hopefully will appeal

Done!
Great looking builds here (as usual), some day I may get the paint thickness right and produce a creditable finish myself. I prefer the build phase, painting seems to involve interminable searches for the correct markings on German vehicles, so this is left as a panzer recon vehicle of an unknown PD.

Undercarriage is nearly done with an initial weathering treatment, then I do another round of weathering with wheels/tracks and large stowage in place to help start blending. My online classes ended on Friday so I have evenings devoted to modeling now until the deadline.
I plan on using it in a diorama later after I complete a set of figs I want to go with it, plus I want to try and match it to a Tamiya Pz IV D I completed a while back. I may not wear the vehicle itself much further as I want to depict it as a relatively new unit on it's way to the action for maybe the first time.

Hello there,
I'd like to apologise for my failure to complete anything in this, my first, campaign. 1/1 scale life got in the way, I got frustrated with what I was working on and well, you know...
Congratulations to all who completed and I have the small consolation that there's a lot here which has inspired me greatly. Thanks.

Hi all
I think I'm finished with my 1/35 AFV Club Sd.Kfz 251/7 Sturmbrucke. It's my first halvtrack and it has really been a fun build. Gotta love them...
Its pretty much OOB but I've added Friuls and some stowage. The only thin missing is a coat of matte varnish. I will spray it when I add it to a eastern front dio during the winter
My first GB here is then officially done :-) It has been a good one with a lot of inspiring builds. Panzer on!

Hi Karl,
I thought the deadline was the 31st no worries i'am not able to finish this one, i guess my unfinished entre will be a "Unfinished Business 2016" build, congratulations to all whom finished

Thanks for the reminder about the deadline. I'm still beavering away and will have it done by the gong.
I had trouble with one side of the kit tracks and tried a late switch to Plan B, a set of Fruils. These turned out to be far more time consuming that previous sets I had built and after three hours I only had about half of one set built. There was just no room in the time budget to complete and paint them and the rest of the model so I have gone back to Plan A and will patch the track together.
This has been an exercise in compromise but its all in good fun.

Jan-no sorry mate it was 01/12/16 but I didn't know who to ask re deadlines so decided to give a two week extension in case people were struggling.
Richard-That paint job looks fine to me. Looks nicely faded and blended in. Nice tidy build.
Atle- Nice clean build there. Love the weathering inside. I've started using the Vallejo German camo brown as you suggested for chipping and it works a treat.
Sean- Don't be too downhearted about not finishing on time. We've all done it at some point. Some people never finish in any of the campaigns they sign up to lol. All that matters is that you enjoyed yourself, hopefully picked up some tips or tricks for the future and learned something new. If it's any one of those three then it was a success.
Paul and Shell- The deadline is midnight 14/12 not midnight 13/12 as some may work it so effectively you've got 24hrs. It may be longer as I have no idea what time it is in America and I'm not that fussy about on the minute finishes. Keep at it!
I'm really pleased with the quality works we've managed to turn out between us and also the variety of kits that have appeared in the campaign. I'm really pleased that so many have finished and also that people are still working to get there within the last few hours. Gentlemen, it's been a pleasure. Thanks for all your hard work and hopefully see you again in my next campaign. One or two ideas but still thinking....

Done! Well, done enough for completion here. I see the fender markers will need a wash or two on them. That got overlooked last night . . .
In any case, here are the photos uploaded to the campaign gallery:

Here is the 250/9 before the top screens went on and blocked the view:
Here are a few more of the (almost) completed model:
Thanks Karl for the extra time and for running such an interesting campaign. I got some schooling here, a step toward improving my modest skills.

Karl,
Talk to John Perriera, aka Nito74, about campaign extension; he can hook it up for you.

Paul- nice build and gong duly awarded. I'm glad you managed to get it done. I always find quite a bit of satisfaction in just getting in under the wire at the last minute. I've done it a couple of times hence I'm sympathetic when others are in that situation.
Mark-It's okay now mate. I did the extension anyway and it's worked out okay as I gave two weeks but thanks for letting me know who to contact in future as undoubtedly I'll put forward another campaign next year. EasyCo69 suggested one to me which I hadn't thought of doing before which seems a good idea as I have a project leading that way and checking back through past campaigns hasn't been done for years.

It's only 11:39 PM where I am in the States so I'm posting mine anyway. Got caught up having to take my wife and daughter to play rehearsal and got back late, but it still isn't Thursday so I'm coming in hot, dudes!
Posted these in the gallery as well but for some reason flipped a few on their sides.
The vehicle is slated to go on a base with a slightly muddy base so I have stopped the weathering st this point as I need to embed the tracks into the ground material and blend everything.
