the attention to every single detail is incredible!
the lights you are going to mount on the warehouse- will they be real, maybe LEDs? that would be really cool

Thanks, Andrew,
Yes, I got a few lights in HO scale with LEDs and I want to use them with some extra work to make nice lights for the warehouse and also scratch build them later into rail lights

Continued with the crane scratch building, after 15 hours of work some progress here, Milliput used for the pipe bends, to thick arm connection to the head and for sculpting the half sphere on the top of the head. Another work done on the valve and its base. All the split pipe rings mounted on the crane body and the turning stops as well.

My work on the crane head is going very slow, it is quiet complicated design, and I want precise result. Empty space within will be filled and worked to final appearance, also edges are to be fixed with thin putty and perfectly rounded.

Thank you, jba,
your kind comment is much appreciated. This build actually brings lot of fun, but there are still things about my work I have to improve
I have a few very special plans for near future and I hope they will be really cracking

I have started the chain winch box. Complicated head top flanges will be cut out of plastic sheet first, and then modified to get final appearance close to the original.

Small progress made, everything seems to be all right , so parts can be glued together, and the screws added. Then surfacer coat and final sanding and polishing.

For these fine-detailed parts one need patience. I don´t have this.
Looks very good, to see the progress!

I've been watching this build for awhile now and I must say it's my favorite! So much detail and custom build is great. I can't wait to see more progress!

Good Luck to you and keep up the outstanding work!
