Thank you very much for the good words guys, glad you like it.
@ Jim: Well, they're not that perfect because they are hand painted. I made some lines with a pencil to have a guide but the paint was laid only by hand, no masks, nothing. So, not that perfect but anyway it looks good. For the first time i'm glad with the result.
@ Bruce: I've posted some photos in the gallery, hope it's not too many. hmm, a contest...i think it's too soon, this is my first completed vignette and for the time i'm glad you like it and i like how it looks.
Thanks again for the encouragement. Cheers
Dragos

Hello Dragos,
It is never too early for a contest. Ask Jim McIntosh about his Predread Build, He took it just completed and won a metal in a local contest. I think you are ready for the next step, Even if you enter it here in the MOM contest. I think you have a shot at winning.
Cheers,
Bruce

fazer,
I noticed you were having a problem getting your image to show up so I edited your post. Looks like you were trying to get the thumb view to post but I know I had difficulty doing that and just post the full image. I will have to experiment with this myself.

I'm beginning to hate anti-virus programs as much as viruses. Maybe a year or more ago I was having trouble with updates to Windows XP. The installs for the updates kept failing so Windows XP kept finding "new" updates and trying to install them. This kept cycling until I finally decided to try and track the problem down. I kept doing full System Restores of my PC and altering things here and there. It was Mcafee (which came with the PC) that was preventing those updates from installing. Grrr.

The M1117 is complete, or at leaset as complete as it can be until I get the sprue with the turret parts.....
Picture is a bit blurry; I need to work on my photography.

Hello All,
@ Mark,
Great job on your build. I think that we have another contest winner here. Make sure you get a photo in the gallery for your ribbon
@ Gary,
Thanks for getting the photo fixed. I have never had any luck helping fix photo problems.
@ Sean,
Looking good. I know you cannot wait to get it finished. What you have done so far looks great. Thanks for the update.
As for me, I have some resin Vietnam figures I am going to convert for the fighting in the TET Offensive. When I get up the nerve to try them,
Cheers,
Bruce

Here are a couple more in-progress photos of the Tamiya MP set that I am building for this campaign.
I still have work to do obviously, but I am getting close to completion. I am hoping to have it done by this time next week. In fact as soon as I log off I will be doing some more work on it.
Hopefully I will be able to post another photo soon. Thanks for looking.

I appreciate the kind comments guys. It encourages me to keep going.
I am going to try and post a couple of photos when I get home from work today. I have two ideas for the finished scene and I would like to get people to tell me which one they like.
Thanks again.
