I was thinking of ways to modify a Willys jeep, but-- dang-- there are not many things that weren't actually done to it already. I think it's served every possible use.
Anyway, still thinking...

I don't know how crazy/scratch you wanna go with this, but just some ideas that came to my mind.
Put some kind of flak on it's back.. maybe even german.. flak 43 maybe. You might have to build some sort of platform on the jeeps back to do this.
Build suspension kinda like a monter truck and fit tracks instead of wheels.
German camo or mixed

Simon,
All good ideas. My first thoughts had been a bright red tiny London bus built on a jeep. Then maybe a UPS delivery truck or yellow school bus.
My most recent thought was a duck humvee, similar to the amphibious GPA.
I'll have something by August. (I'll know better how much I can spend then too!)
thanks,
Sean.

I will join this. I thought out, and bought, some stuff for the End of Days campaign, but never joined, so this would be a good venue to start it up.
Thanks for running this Jeremy!!

You can count me in Jeremy,
What If subjects are most of times very interesting.
I still not know what to make, but if I read well,
it start late summer 2011, so I'll have lots of time

Hi Jeremy,
I am interested, this will be a great way to try converting vehicles, I am usually an out of the box type of guy. Are dioramas going to be allowed?
Regards,

Sal: There is no requirement for scratchbuilding in this campaign. Your idea sounds sweet
Scott: Thanks, I'll be sure to look it over and adopt/adjust as necessary

Seem fine to me, like the idea of a back story to a model as to why they happen.

Thread from a few years ago, and I just happen to have half of what I need already.
Bradley
Also, if anybody will want or need the body/chassis of an 1128 in the future, let me know. I don't have it yet or for a while, but the offer stands.

If it starts in the second half of the year I would participate. Maybe one of the "unbuild" variants of the Marder 1 Family like the 110mm Artillery Missile on Marder Chassis (based on the tests done with a Block-2 Prototype) or a Jagdleopard.

BasThis is the perfect place for those files to become reality! Any thoughts on what you would choose?
Give me a couple of days and I'll have the rules, etc., written up and submitted guys. And this will be my last campaign submission for a while, else I loose all semblance of my sanity

I'm thinking of a Sturmpanther.
never build, only schematics,
combining a Panther with a 15 cm StuH 43 L/12.
I already found a barrel from Aber, so only a panther now,
and some evergreen I bet
Would be a strange looking tank with a 15 cm cannon
I started 1 campaign myself, but I'm in 3 campaigns (sherman, desert fox, tiger)
Sherman campaign could form a problem, I haven't got any shermans, and I'm not planning to build one
