Yes Matt the techniques that you mentioned are the same which I adopt when I have to cut plasticard sheets. My doubts were about the cut of thickest sheets such as the 3 mm ones. How can you manage to obtain the more complex shapes?
I suppose you're get used to cutting them using a Tamiya scriber (which I know, is an incredibly effective tool) but it seems to work well only if you have to make straight cuts
Thanks a lot anyway (also for the music )

Yes, that's it, I'll try for sure, thanks a million indeed.
Besides your advice, what do you think about cutting the thickest sheets using a jeweler's saw? Firstable I could trace the lines using a scriber then I could make some holes where my cutting lines change the direction and string the blade through them. In the end, I could draw my saw along my engraved lines.
(I've been studying English for about 5 years. Explaining the craft techniques is always the hardest thing )

Well, I would insert a rubber piece under the vice clamps. It might be enough to prevent the marks
Anyway, I'll try and I let you know. I've learnt this technique watching my sister which spends her free time making jewels. Using a saw, she even manages to cut some very thick sheets made on hard metal. She usually buys her stuff in a specialized shop which unfortunately it's closed on Saturdays. If it were been open, I would have gone there to buy saw and blades today. She'll teach me the soldering techiques next time
Cheers and many thanks again

I really hope that it was a bug, this thread is/was awsome but i don't believe that it is.
I fear that Kharkov has edited and deleted his posts as some others on other build logs have gone too? I can access all of my build logs and delete the content but not the actual posts, just has happened here.
Kharkov you still here?
