Matt - I vote for green if no one has suggested that yet. Seriously, I've been following your build and it's inspirational. Shows me how much room I've got to improve.

Hi Matt
nice to see you still plugging away at this, although curious to know why you
didnt add extra thickness to the front of the turret?...this is in reality is the area with the thickest armour protection.

1. Make a Polish snorkel, need pictures of how it fixes to the fuel drum mounts.
(look at the shadow cast on the snorkel. Fuel drum mount doesn't touch the tube)
Actually snorkel doesn't seem fixed to fuel drum mounts. It seems that is fixed using the rear clamps (the same as the russian version)
Furthermore I've seen lots of JNA russian made T-55 which mounted polish snorkels. They must be fixed using just the clamps

Yes, Andy's pic is very clear (thanks a lot Andy ) and I was wrong
Anyway that is a Russian snorkel, here another pic taken from a t55 am2 Merida w.a.
This instead is an Iraqui T-55 am2 which mounts a polish snorkel
As you can see bolt plate is located to the inner side of fuel drum mounts.
....I may have to modify the snorkel of my JNA t-55
