Ok, I'm really behind on this one... Extreme measures will be needed to finish it on time.

Oh, I'm sure we could expect an extension. Especially for the both of us.

One quick rough & ready photo to show painting has begun and I've not completly abandoned this campaign:
Using the hairy-stick method and reuiring two coats will take a few more days just for the base coat. Then can start detailing the exterior

I hope I can finish in time. Things are preventing me from spending the time on the campaign that it needs. I may have to bow out If I know I can't finish in time. An extension would be nice in the moderator feels it is necessary.

Well, when that time comes I'll chat it over with John.
I think he's in the same boat, errr... I mean truck as you are.

I really do not know if I will finnish it in time. BTW, here some pics of my Buffalo's digger (hard work here).
I would like to thanks Pascal Bausset, because his works on Buffalo and its digger are very, very inspirational.

Cool guys!
Believe it or not, I dusted off my truck and re-started the build.
Pictures a little later after I install new batteries.

Hi guys!
Wow, this campaign is showing many many great works.
@John: Thanks! I don't think so. This details are in the front of truck. So, they are visible. Hey, nice progress. This is slow, but sharp and clean.
@Sal: As I said, I loved this truck. Nice build so far.
@Jeff: We want to see the pics man. Show us.
Cheers!

Alright guys... let's keep truckin'! (you knew that was coming sooner or later!
I'll have some pics soon, but for this one image I want my wife to use her equipment as it is very tiny and so small mine won't pick it up. This is why I need another camera.
Actually it's confession time. Who has either left out parts because they were so ferkin' tiny we couldn't grab them to cement either together or in place? I bring up brake and clutch pedals because we are in a Truck Campaign. I just assembled the pedal and arm pieces together this morning because I know tonight my eyes will be shot. But, how many of us are forced to eliminate those parts because of the size or just because no one will see them. Unless the door is left open I guess?
Why can't they have them already molded together? Seems stupid to glue those tiny pieces together.
Oh well... rant over.
Jeff

Slow going, but getting there:
With a Vietnam era Mutt, it's equivalent at the time, for size comparison.
Painting of the underside and a lot of touch up to be done. Then can start the external detailing.....

Okay... here is ONE picture. Sorry, having camera issues at the moment as I think my card is toast.
I really thought I was at the body panel stage but must get through the interior first... oh-boy. LOL
But I do want to thank Erik for letting me help him with his project. It allowed me to start thinking again and realize I do like building and assembling. In Plastic or Resin.

My Truck is complete but SWMBO has ordered full stop. My Paints give her a headache and even if I paint outside she still says she can smell fumes. I'm trying to switch to Vallejo but it's expensive and hard to get in Tennessee. Hopefully I will finish but it isn't looking good

Oh wow, well... something must change. I never paint when my wife is home and if I do she will make some remark... but she still cannot smell something going bad in the fridge!
Like, send her on a trip for some errands or out with the gals?
Or you could always take up knitting.

Started the wiring on the rear suspension, with the provided vinyl type of plastic, not easy to work on.
Also started the chassis build, lots of clean up before adding the front & rear suspensions.
