Hi everyone,
I'm still continuing my Trumpeter's M-1078.
If OOB, it's look like this:
A little modification to change it to a rally truck. I always like terrain racing vehicles. Some pics:
Sincerely,
K.

Very neat paint job there Mr K.
That boom looks stunnig Marco. Pity you're dropping out but I understand what you mean. Will still watch your full build thread.

Hi guys!
Thank you very much! Your words give me a inspiration that I need to back to work very soon.
Now, just a break to build the Wiesel. A fast build.
@ MR K: Nice project, I liked a lot and will follow.
Thanks again!
Marco

I took some of Todd's (TRM5150) suggestions and removed not just the part, but the attached pour line to the part and cemented it to the correct spot... then when dried I will cut that off and then sand it clean.
I took maybe 7 shots of this but I guess the camera is crap and the color just gets' washed out. Worked on the doors and will add more knobs and levers later!
I really to work on a better camera soon!
Jeff

I finally have made some progress on my build, a custom Fire Tanker/Pumper.
The chassis from an AMT pumper kit has been modified to take an American Industrial Truck Mack B60 series cab and Thermodyne engine and the modified rear box of the AMT kit. The axles are modified BNL Resins Rockwell axles.
Chassis with Rockwell axles
Mack Thermodyne Engine
Tank/Pump unit
I hope I can finish in time with one week to go.

Almost done
Next step could destroy it all: clear coat and/or light sand wash.

I just noticed there's an extension date for this campaign. I might actually have something. There's a problem though: I don't have a start date photo. However, I have a receipt with an order date of July 15, 2014. I received and started my kit on July 25, 2014. If not acceptable, I completely understand.
