Christian,
Wow!! Such a great looking leopard! The streaking, and dust effects all come together to make it look like it's just had a long day of hard driving cross-country.

Completely believable!

Clayton,
It's not a competition. It's more about cameraderie and having fun. If we can learn from or be inspired by an excellent example, that's a bonus.

Best Wishes,

Gaz

Thank you so much guys for your kind words! They mean a lot to me!

Funny enough, I thought the weathering went overboard and was about to ditch this then decided to practice "recovery plans" on it with the results you can see

This is definitely not a competition and my entry is surely not the best we saw and will see around in this campaign. Each of your entries contain things that others can learn from so it would be a shame not to share them.

Plus, it's the fun of building that keeps us in this hobby. Nothing else should matter!

The image is not visible, Clayton. Is it in a private album maybe? Or just too large?

Yep, thought Google+ for the photos would work as the Kitmaker Gallery is pretty limited in space, and the photo was fine when I posted the above pic, but hmmmmm....so maybe smaller ones will do the job...:

I think Google+ should work but maybe there is privacy setting on the image not letting everyone see it. You personally might see it tough if you're logged in to your account.

Looking forward to see that Leo built!

Google seems to have changed things, so what I do now to post pics from Google is to put the images in an album that is shared by a link. I then open the album link in a browser where I'm not logged on to Google, and copy the image addresses from there. It's an authentication issue, apparently.

I subscribed to Kitmaker, so it's all good, back to the business of building models!
