Clayton,
That is my favorite of the leopards. Reminds me of the Tiger I. Can't wait to see what you do with it.

Im still working on the Panther F L/100, and im just down to touch up painting before I go into the weathering. Ive also been working on the Radar tank which is a 'What if' based on the radar kit from Paper Panzer Productions.

Wow, what oddities you have there!

The Panther F looks really cool in that disc pattern camo though I question the design of putting such a long gun into such a tiny turret (Oh Dragon and their shenanigans)

The radar tiger ii has got me really intrigued. I know these radar thingies were used to coordinate flak batteries. It would be quite cool for it to also have its own AA gun..like say dual 88's. Heh, there goes one for the idea book.

Shawn,
That Panther F is Outstanding!! Maybe the barrel is a little incredible.... But it looks badass!

The radar tiger II is a pretty cool concept, too. Just to expound on the flakpanzer concept: I think the Germans actually had some auto-loading flak guns in 10.5 cm size. At least...I read about them a long time ago.

Cheers,

Gaz

Moving along on the Leopard, lower hull and running gear in and painted, ready for details...

This tank (1/35) is huge! I've never built a modern one before ;-) Simple model, but fun so far!

Shaping up nicely, Clayton! Will it stay green or will you do a three-tone camo?

Thanks, Cristian! I am thinking about doing the black-green the Danish used in Afghanistan...I haven't talked the wife into letting me get an airbrush yet, LOL ;-)

OK, mi El Gato Grande is finished...

...and ready for light weathering...

An easy build with a simple paint job, but fun nonetheless...last easy kit for a while to come! ;-)

Clayton,
Nice build overall the 2A4 is an impressive beast. Not wishing to be a jerk but it appears the main gun is mounted upside down. The fume extractor should rise up atop the barrel and it is below the barrel.

Still a nice build

Thanks for the compliments everyone. Slow progress this week, mainly spent a lot of time applying the dirt and dried mud to the tracks and hull. hopefully I can get more done tomorrow.

I am going to leave this exactly as it is so that everytime I see it I'll cringe and remember to take my time and pay attention to detail!!!Lesson Learned!

Awesome looking mud, Shawn!

Everybody is definitely building some great stuff in here.

Here is a bit of an update on mine.

Detail painting done. Gave the tracks a thinned down coat of dark tracks and did a dry brush on the cleets.
