The mountings for the bogies were installed incorrectly, so I had to cut them from the hull and turn around . Lost some parts or could not find those for the top of the periscope and made more from plastic card. Finally broke the piece that holds one of the front lights and used some plastic rod to replace it. FUN
And had so much fun with the indie tracks as you can see.
If it aint broke dont fix it.

The base is super flimsy, more so than Miniart. You can see thru 3 places.

After some confusion as to the location of the forum for this campaign I can finally post what I plan on building. (Thanks Mark C. for your help)
I can provide CAS for any Russian armor in this group build with this OEZ Mig-21 MF /bis / SMT. I won it several years ago at a contest raffle and thought this would be a good chance to built it.

I've made a decision about which kit I'm going to build and it's the Pacific Coast Models 1/32nd scale Hawker Hurricane MkI. It's really very well detailed with resin and photoetch and plenty of well moulded plastic.Should look stunning when finished. Just sorting out which version I'm going to build, I was hoping to build Edgar "Cobber" Kain's mount but I'm not sure since this is the fabric wing if it's correct for the time period. I'll do some research and see.

Thanks Bob I'd seen those and had thought much the same. Nothing quite definitive but certainly leaning towards a metal wing so Edgar Kain might not quite be on the cards. I'll keep searching thanks for your efforts on my behalf.
Cheers Chris
