Nice start, Toxotis. An interesting project. Looking forward to see more as you progress.
I have now almost finished the construction of my FlakPanther. The tracks and some smaller details are still missing. I have added a driver and a commander scanning the sky for possible treats.
I have decided to go for a hard edged camouflage with a Green basecoat with Brown and sand painted on.

Here is an update on my Flak Panther. The tracks are now on. They were quite difficult to get to fit and in the end I had to fit them in place although painting is not completed. Due to the weathering I believe it will look alright anyway.
The dark green basecoat is finished. Next is the camouflage in a hard edged pattern.

I've got the same set for my "Aussie Leo" Scott. The 2A5 I'm doing ATM has Eduard PE.
The Lion Roar set is pretty comprehensive isn't it ? Handles, locks, clasps etc. I'n not sure if I'll use all of those bits, I hate 'removing plastic' from 'anti-slip' surfaces
What leopard are you doing for this project ??

Wow,Alot of good builds and alot of Cats are in good progress.Got to amit this is a pretty good campaign for different varieties of the Big Cat's.Jesper,I like the progress you've made on your Coelian..Heres Flakpanzer V Coelian is made by Dragon Kit #9022,Once I did some internet surfing on the Coelian,I learned it was on the drawing board in 1945 but never made it into production. In the case of this particular vehicle, a late-model Panther (Panzer V) chassis was adapted for the job. Its similarity to the Tiger (Panzer VI) made it a logical logistical choice without using the valuable Tiger chassis. Inside the turret was a pair of Flak 43 37mm cannons that provided enough shrapnel upon exploding to damage enemy aircraft without a direct hit...The kit is going to have alot of none used parts, tracks are individual. One of the down falls is I wish the kit came with medal barrels. This well also be my 1st time using Eduards photo etch beside a set of zimmerit I used on a Sturmtiger..

Good start Jeff, I hope your PE experience is good so far. By the way, that kit is the same with Jesper's, only packed in a Dragon kit. Dragon packed and sold some Gunze stuff way back, as far as I remember.
Jesper, yours has come a long way, very good.
I was thinking of joining this campaign with a Leo2A6 (Revell), but now I don't know. Life is pushing me too hard nowadays, we'll see what happens.

Thanks for the comments, guys. I appreciate it.
Jeff, seeing all that bling bling PE on you Coelian made me realize I need some PE engine deck screens for mine. Luckily I had some Late Panther engine screens from Aber in my stash that fitted my FlakPanther just fine.
Emre, come on - join the campaign. You know you want to.
I have made a little progress on the camouflage - next on is the brown.

Is it still too late to join?
If not I have a question,
I started my first soon to be finished tank (yes my first tank) 1/48 early tiger 1 back in July, but I work at hermit crab speed, and now with school I haven't had time to finish it.... it's been like 5 months -.-
Is it alright if I enter this big cat into this campaign?
Thanks.
