Ok Guys, Thanks to Jason's information I needed a storage bin on the turret so to the spare parts box i went and found 1 for a Tiger and cut it in half
I sanded down the halfs and tried to square it off then used some putty to help out Then I got some extra plastic from a Mini-Art building kit and made mounting brackets
Installed on the turret and primed I'm not much of a scratch builder so please comments are welcome
@ Graham, I built a Zvezde kit a year ago and the kit was horrible fit was all off poor quality, but you look like you are dealing ok with it coming along nicely

Hmmmm.. the Campaign is three weeks old (approx) and I haven't even decided which kit to build yet... slack eh!
Lots of good work in here. Keep it up guys and gals. I will attempt to pull my finger out and start a kit sometime soon..

G'day all.
Graham: Good luck with the Scout Car, looks like a challenging kit! Sure it will look good when finished.
Thomo: Good looking Firefly.
Dave: Nice choice. Looking forward to seeing the ASLAV finished.
Sal: Nice work on the Staghound.
Update on the Airfix Willys kit. Finished most of the build work. Added some brackets to the tools on the side, drilled out the grab handles on the sides near the seats and scribed some panel lines on the bonnet (hood) as there were none. Decided not to use the rear view mirror so filled hole with putty, and the hole for the optional .30 cal mount in the rear floor.
Found 2 different patterns of trailers in Australian use so modified the rear lights to the pattern I prefered. Cut off the side mounts on frame, sliced 2 lights into 4 pieces and added to rear of trailer. Then added 2 small brackets (that look like grab handles) to front and rear of trailer. On front of trailer added a small lever and the power cable for the rear lights from stretched sprue which will be attached to the rear of the jeep in a drilled out hole.
Started painting today.
Cheers,
Tim

Ok guys, I'm in a bind here. I solved marking problem by putting a jerry can over were the marking would go
I added some black wash to certain areas and and overall brown wash but for some reason I feel that this kit is lacking life
so before I spray it with a dull coat and call this 1 finished I'm asking you guys what does it need
I have more storage that I could add and a couple of figures that I could put in/on it put will that do it

Graet work guys keep it up.
I still have not got anything for this campaign, cash is tight just now but hopefully I will get something at the end of the month when I get paid.

Update on the Airfix Willy's Jeep.
Removed bridging weight plate from front grill, sanded down tilt cover as it was way to thick. Brushed on 2 coats of thinned Tamiya Olive drab mix and detail painting.Replaced most of the kit stowage as it was fairly poor.
Gloss coat and decals next.
Cheers,
Tim
