Some really wonderful build here!!! Congratulations for those who finished!

I was wondering if I could change my build for the campaign, just last night I tried out something for my Atlantic wall campaign. I was wondering if it would be accepted as an urban diorama, I have started building a R687 Pantherturm Bunker. I was wondering if this bunker surrounded by rubble (as those found in Berlin 1945) would be accepted?

Regards,

Sorry, I forgot to mention that the turret is really old (like I built it 3 years ago)! Is it still ok?

Well the idea is that the buildings and groundwork form the majority of the build. Is there going to be anything else beside the Panther turret in the dio.

remember the campaign doesn't end until march of 2012 so there is plenty of time to build something specifically for the campaign.

The dio base is kind of small, my idea is rather simple! The bunker some rubble and a passing Russian soldier (from Bravo 6 to be precise). So is it ok?

Fantastic work, Bruce!! It looks great and very dynamic with the T-34 smashing through the wall.

I have started on my diorama for this campaign. Not much to show yet except for the overall layout and some of the materials I will use.

More to follow.

Hi Jasper,

Off to a good start.

I've been giving some thought to what i might put on the scene, which of course depends on what I get built within the time frame but my throughts are leaving towards Belgium with some BEF and Belgium troops and civilians.

Does anyone make Belgium Road SIgnage?

So some of the elements might be:

Scout Carrier

Bren Carrier

Belgium and British Troops

Some of the sleeping soldiers already shown

Some civilians and a cart !

I have the Plus Models WOT 3 truck I'm still battelling with but I am not sure if they saw service in France/Belgium in 1940?

Cheers

Al

A little more progress on my build. The main parts are in place and the painting can begin.

Looking good gentlemen, some really nice builds! So here is my entry for the campaign, A destroyed R687 Pantherturm Bunker in Berlin, 1945! My first build with rubble … so I hope I succeeded! Figures from Bravo*6 and the abandoned wagon is from a dragon kit. The Panther turret is an old recycled turret. Hope u like it:

If I manage to finish my other campaigns I might try to carry on what I originally started for this campaign! Looking forward to the completion of your builds!!

More progress on my small diorama. Next steps are some washes and a little dusting of pastels.
Plan to wrap it up over the weekend.

A lot of times the problem is that the image is too big. The size limit is 3MB. You can use a graphics program to scale the image down if it's too big.
