The Dingo interior is very detailed, the tiny PE is killing me...
This previous weekend I started working on the axles and managed to work on the floor & interior equipment.

I know Jeremy.. I try to take 1 instruction step at the time, cleaning, dry fitting.
Also I'm not sure about the interior colours since there isn't a single note about it..with a full interior scheme
The fires stopped already in Texas ? Was it arson or just natural origin (lightning)?

I have decided to go for an old school Matchbox kit for this campaign. It will be a fun build I am sure.

Hi guys,
haven't been around here for quite some time...
Lots of good looking models showing up here!!
I have moved to another country in the meantime, but 95% of my modellingstuff has been left behind in Holland for the timebeing, so no progress on my Greif unfortunately.
I hope I can get the rest of my belongings over here befor the end of october.

Evening all,
Have been a bit absent from the bench over the summer months but back at it with avengeance. I can see some excellent work coming along, will post pics of my SECOND Kubelwagon this week, my first one had a bit of an accident with a bottle of spilt glue, the irony of it was that I was having a few issues with the glue sticking the components together, but it sure stuck and melted the model to my cutting mat, but hey I ended up with a few spares for the box, it's just put me back a few weeks.
Carry on the good work all.....

Hi Imran,
Great work with the figures- great facial finishes.
A word of caution: be careful with the gunner- I could only get him in a hull and the turret fitting by removing both his arms- take care with them!
Well done,
Eoin

Jesper: Those old Matchbox kits are just fun
Imran: Your vignette came out very nicely! For some reason it seems like the wheels of the vehicles should be sunk into the "sand" a bit, but if it's on bedrock then that's a different story.
Ron: No worries mate. Best of luck on getting what you need, and let us know when you have a chance to start working on your build again
Jason: Keep at it and post pics soon

Hi Imran,
Fantastic build! The composition of the diarama is excellent.
I'll post pics of mine soon.

Nice build, Imran. I like the subtle chipping and the dusty look. Very realistic.
I have now finished my little Matchbox diorama. A fun and uncomplicated build as I have come to expect from the Matchbox kits.

Some progress on the Dingo, suspension is next and I need to find some decent colours for the interior too.

Jesper: Talk about a fast build mate!
John: Looking good, those are delicate little gems for sure. I would think some type of buff may be appropriate for the interior, but that's just a rough guess on my part.

Jesper;; First Matchbox kit that I have seen. really quick build. Nice job. A little weathering maybe?
Imran; Nice Dio, like the composition. Vehicle and figures are well done. Overall, a very good job.
John; Nice to see some progress on the Dingo. I will follow this as I don't believe that I have seen one go together.
I am finally making some good progress on the Pz Kpfw III Ausf F that I am up-gunning, signifying a late model sent to Norrh Afica, 50cm, L42, turret bustle and tropicalized. Some photos below:
I should be able to make some more progress soon.

Looking stellar, that's a nice kit for sure. Just take great care when handling as those little PE bits on the back fall off or break if you even look at them funny.

His gents;
Further progess made, basically constructed, wheel clean up completed and primered. Haven't made up mind on paint job yet, I think I am going to do the example found in Battleline "Workhorse" Panzer III in North Africa, pg 15 (Pzkw III Ausf F. 2 Kompanie, 1 Abteilung/Panzer Rgt 5, 5 leichte-Division, Libya, mid 1941. Pictures follow:

Hi folks,
There's some great builds going on there.
I finally got the chance to post some pics of my finished 222:
The sand effect isn't as uniform as I would have liked- too clumpy. Lasson learned!
Here's a photo of it in a basic diorama I built with a Kubelwagon (which I built on a different campaign)
