There certainly is no shortage of captured Allied tanks in German service, especially from Dragon

Beutepanzer have updated their site with lots of new pictures that could help some of us out... especially the new KV images.
I like the Matilda tanks features too but, the AEC Dorchester Armoured Command Vehicle is just too cool!
For those not familiar with 'Beutepanzer' site it's not the best to navigate at times but it's got loads of great content.

I agree with that, one needs a bit of patience to go through that site but it's well worth it

That colour pic on beute.narod site of dark grey KV-2 with large svastika on turret side bothers me. I think, I saw it here on News section with some polish modelling magazine with decal sheet?

Svastika itself doesn´t bother me but what buggers me a lot, is, that I can´t remember that site, where I saw a book including decals for that KV-2. I just would like to build my KV-2 with that oversize svastika in grey colour.

Hold on-- I'm confusing my campaigns, aren't I? This one starts further down the road, right?
I'll be busting out in What If 2 and Command Campaign. This one isn't for 6 more months.

Same here John, haven't had near the time I hoped/planned for. It's a shame because there hasn't been a bad campaign in the bunch.
Now where'd that cloning machine go...

As many of you know (because you've enlisted
) there is a 'Knocked-Out' campaign that I started, well .. while searching for images of KO'd tanks I found this......
First off Nice Panther
.... secondly check-out the background? I reckon there I 2 British Valentines in the back there? the left one even looks to have German late war camo on it! what do you guys think?
I mentioned a while ago about captured German armour in the Warsaw uprising here's a
link to some images (also Czech and Belgian prizes) plus it also contains a HUGE amount of captured stuff about 23 pages!
Still waiting on my Panther but no worries as there's still plenty of time till the start!
All the best Duncan.

Nice pic !!
This Campaign has plenty of choices... Dragon had a Panzer IV F1 with a Russian paint & decals, 1 or 2 German T34..
Trumpeter has 2 KV's, Miniart has a Dingo, Su-76, Valentine's, T-70, there are also several french and polish tanks from other manufacturers .
You can also pick Su-85 / 100 / 122 and use german decals (tons of refs ...)
So many models ...so little time...arrrggghh..

I've been a bit busy of late, work has gone mad? and along with building my 'What If' model, now my little boy has just got the modeling bug (which obviously is a good thing) with 2 kits on the go!!! ... but today I managed to find some new stuff! for this campaign.
A captured JS .....
Plus while searching for information on 'Cuckoo' I found this great site ....
http://en.valka.cz/viewtopic.php/t/40205/postorder/asc .... featuring captured Panthers etc... in post war Eastern Europe! I've mentioned BergePanthers in use on the Czech Railways before = now pictures (sounds good for the Military Railroad Campaign)
After editing (x3) I still can't get the picture to load? are well sorry about that!
Fixed it - gary -

everybody, after much deliberation and soul-searching, lack of wallet content and plastic that was wincing at the prospect of having even more squeezed out of it, I decided to scrape 30 years worth of dust off of a kit that had awaited my return to the hobby in my parent's loft: Italeri's PzKpfw IV Ausf F1 or F2 in Russian service - haven't quite decided which one yet. I'll throw some AM goodies at it to give it a face-lift.
Do svedanye.
