Here I started working on the second crew member's lower torso. All of these crew members are part of the kit, but meant to be on the ground in various positions. I want some on the panzer. As you can see, cutting away one of the second crew man's legs that was attached to his thigh didn't go so well, so I cut out a piece of sprue and attached it to the thigh segment and added his boot. Putty will fill in the form...

some more advancement....I tried fine grain Milliput after starting with Squadron's white putty....can't say that I'm a fan of the Milliput as it doesn't dry as fast as the Squadron putty....

I completed some shading after adding insignia, Iron Crosses, etc. Now to do the touch-up work...
