Hey! I loved SRV too!
That video "Cold Shot" was the funniest one of it's time while "Couldn't Stand The Weather" was the most awesome.
Lawn Ornaments huh? I don't know ... that's something Phill would dream up.

Looking good! Ya know, this could almost be a mobile armored hot tub! Seriously, now listen ...
... place the hot tub in the center where the crew would be and use the antenna railing for the "shower curtain" for the ladies. Not buying it? No dice? Okay, just thought I'd try.
You at least should store your ammo on the outside for crew safety. (I just had to say that ... man)
All the ribbing aside, paint on this will just not be the same.
~ Jeff
Damn it Jeff S.! You read my mind or what? Im scratching up the tub right now! OH, and i guess you noticed i wasnt looking for the crew safety award on this build. Gheeesh!
Jeff T., and S. - Have you fellas ever seen SVR on Austin city limits concert shows. One when he was a cocaine addict and the other after he got sober. Both were amazing to watch him play. Gives me goose bumps every time i see it. He is missed.

Hey Craig,
your not highjacking bro, your sharing in the fun. All are welcome to talk about AFV's or off topics like my ex wife. For instance, Marriage is a three ring circus. An engagement ring, a wedding ring, and suffer-ring. It was heavy on the suffer part.

Hey Jeff S.,
Yep, One and done! I WILL NOT make that mistake again. She was a @&%$@ (#$%$^ &@##^%&^ $%!#^. Dont repeat that to anyone, she'll kill me!
This is all ive got done today. Turns out Rommel was shorter than i thought. Actually ive lost one of his boots. Im haveing to scrounge up spare body parts to make a staff officer to go with the FOX. Arms are not gonna be fun.
Back to the Greif and paint tomorrow.

Hey, that looks good.
Too bad to hear of your experience. My first was a crash and burn, lasted only a year and a half.
This December my lovely wife and I will have been married 30 years. She's my best friend and stayed by my side even through my sick period.
Not many would do that and would pack it in.
Anyway ...
... wish I had the patience for 1/35th figures. Oh heck, any scale figures for that matter.
I guess I just like building Gate Guards.

Hi Jeff,
Thanks for the complement. I used 50/50 mix of XF-60 Dark Yellow and XF-57 Buff and A bit of clear added all thinned with Lacquer thinner. All Tamiya.
